What I like best about Constant Contact is that it handles the core email marketing work pretty well without making everything feel like a big project. Building campaigns, managing lists, using templates, and getting emails out the door are all straightforward enough that non-technical users can usually work in it without needing IT to sit beside them the whole time.
It’s also reasonably priced for what it is, especially compared with some platforms that start simple and then get expensive the second you need normal business features. I LOVE how streamlined, intuitive, and simple Flodesk is to use. I use it most for sending out my weekly newsletters, and it has made this process so much more enjoyable. It's super easy to customize each newsletter. It's one of the easiest platforms I've used for offering a lead magnet on my website, and it integrates seamlessly with my Squarespace site. The link in bio feature for Instagram allows me to easily create a professional on-brand link in bio. It's also a really beautiful platform, which just adds to the joy of using it. And they're always adding really awesome new features. I use it every single week and I've never once had a problem with it. What I like most about ContactPigeon is that the platform gives me a lot of freedom to adjust and customize campaigns based on our changing marketing needs. The interface is clear, and the email editor was very easy for me to get used to. Also, being able to edit the code in pop-ups gives me more control over small design details, such as font colors.
Another thing I appreciate is the human communication behind the platform. The team is close to the customer, and that makes a difference.
