I honestly can't think of any. Everything is very user friendly and effective. The only thing that may be a drawback is the number of bounces or flags we get on emails because, since Mailchimp is such a big name, a lot of email providers block messages from entering our clients' inboxes. Just give it a try. The risk is really low with this software so there really isn't that much to lose.
