“Intuitive UI and Seamless Integrations That Streamline Our Workflow”
What do you like best about Xero?

I really love the clean, intuitive UI/UX of the dashboard; it makes navigating daily accounting tasks incredibly straightforward. Getting started was painless thanks to their highly structured onboarding guides and helpful customer support team. Additionally, its seamless integrations with our bank feeds and third-party payment gateways save us hours of manual data entry every single week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xero?

While the system is generally stable, we occasionally experience sluggish performance and slow loading times when running large, multi-year financial reports. Also, from a pricing perspective, the recent subscription cost increases make it feel like a stretch for very small businesses looking for a strong ROI, especially when certain basic features are locked behind higher tiers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xero solving and how is that benefiting you?

Xero has completely solved our disconnected workflow by serving as a single source of truth for our finances. By linking our Chargebee billing and Stripe payment gateways directly through its robust integrations, we have completely eliminated manual reconciliation and double-handling. The clean UI/UX allows our team to monitor outstanding invoices at a glance, which has dramatically accelerated our cash flow and yielded a fantastic ROI in terms of weekly admin hours saved. “User-Friendly ERP with Customizable Reports”
What do you like best about Sage Intacct?

I find Sage Intacct user-friendly and easy to navigate. I like how we can customize reports by handling categories, trends, by department, classes, and in all dimensions, which helps us view balance sheets. I also appreciate features like bank reconciliations and consolidation modules, which assist in consolidating multiple currencies and multi-entities. Additionally, setting it up was easy, which I found really beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?

The recurring entries aspect of Sage Intacct is a bit frustrating for me. It's not possible to post these entries on a daily basis, which limits flexibility. I would prefer if there was an option to have fixed recurring entries. Also, accessing KvaS recurring templates is not possible, which is limiting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Sage Intacct for consolidation models, day-to-day appointments, and creating invoices. It handles contacts, funds payable, cash applications, and bank reconciliations. “Simple, Flexible Pay-As-You-Go Messaging That Fits Our Workflow”
What do you like best about DialMyCalls?

The platform’s simplicity is a huge win for us. Having the option to choose a pay-as-you-go model instead of a recurring subscription fits our workflow perfectly, especially since our communication needs aren’t always consistent. Being able to buy credit bundles also makes the service feel accessible and cost-effective for our specific budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DialMyCalls?

The lack of a “save and resume” option during broadcast setup is really frustrating. If I get pulled away by another task, I often have to abandon what I’ve done and then start the whole process over from scratch the next day. A draft folder, or any way to pause and pick up where I left off, would make the experience much smoother and significantly improve the overall user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DialMyCalls solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us reach our audience through multiple channels instead of relying only on emails, which often go unread. By adding voice and text touchpoints, we’ve noticed a clear increase in engagement. Overall, it’s a reliable way to make sure our messages are actually seen or heard, and that they reach people in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“NetSuite Unifies Core Processes with Powerful Visibility and Reporting”
What do you like best about NetSuite?

What I like best about NetSuite is its ability to bring all core business processes into a single, integrated platform. It provides strong visibility across finance, operations, and supply chain, which helps improve decision-making and efficiency.

I especially value the flexibility of saved searches and reporting, which makes it easy to quickly access and analyze the data needed for day-to-day work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSuite?

While NetSuite is a powerful and flexible platform, there are some limitations that can impact day-to-day usability.

One of the main challenges is with Saved Searches, particularly around complex criteria and advanced filtering. As requirements become more sophisticated, it can be difficult to build or maintain searches without workarounds, and performance can sometimes be impacted.

From a supply chain perspective, there are also limitations in inventory management and demand forecasting capabilities. Forecasting often requires additional customization or external tools to achieve higher accuracy and deeper predictive insights.

Overall, while NetSuite provides a strong foundation, some areas require enhancement or supplementary solutions to fully support advanced analytics and planning needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NetSuite solving and how is that benefiting you?

What problems is it solving?

Before NetSuite, our data was trapped in different systems that didn’t talk to each other. We were wasting hours manually moving information between spreadsheets, which led to human errors and outdated numbers.

How is it benefiting you?

It puts everything—finance, sales, and operations—into one place. For me, the biggest benefit is having a single, reliable source of truth. I can see real-time performance dashboards without waiting days for manual reports, which means we can make faster, smarter business decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“QB Online Lets Me Work Anywhere, Anytime”
What do you like best about QuickBooks Online?

QB online is superior to desktop, because it is easy to work from anywhere. As long you know your login info, you don't have to be stuck on a desktop in an office somewhere. This has allowed to continue working during things like car repairs and just waiting in my car for events/meetings to start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuickBooks Online?

A couple of the downsides are that they no longer work with Melio because they have their own payment processing. I have three vendors that each month cannot be paid via QB online and I have to login to Melio separetley and process the payments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QuickBooks Online solving and how is that benefiting you?

The one thing that QB online does is they have a really good payroll processing platform. All of the taxes are handled and I recently discovered that we can also use the same program for employee time tracking. At the time it seems to be included in the payroll pricing, but I am sure they will charge extra for it in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Gracely for church communications and paying tithes. I really appreciate the instant communication it offers without complicated phone trees and the ability to make electronic payments. What I like most is being able to text the whole membership easily and quickly because it makes it easy to remind people of events or inform them of last-minute changes. The initial setup was also very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gracely?

Would be nice if there was a way to add visitor information. I’d like to include select visitors - repeat attendees - of upcoming events the same way I can notify members, but without adding them to the directory. Seems like this would be a simple add for the dev team that would make a huge difference for churches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gracely solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Gracely for instant communication without complicated phone trees and electronic payments. It lets me text the whole membership easily and quickly, making it simple to remind people of events or inform them of last-minute changes. “Powerful, User-Friendly Church App with Seamless Planning Center Online Integration”
What do you like best about Clearstream?

This is one of the most useful apps we have access to for the church. The fact that it works seamlessly with Planning Center Online. It provides both the ability to communicate and safeguards for our staff. The cost is in line with normal programs of this nature. The support has been very helpful and quick to respond and adjust features for our use. The user interface is easy to understand and responsive. Overall, great product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clearstream?

The only small change I would make, is the ability to add responses to texts when using the app vs being on a computer. I like being able to thumb up or heart a message so they know it is a real person interacting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Clearstream solving and how is that benefiting you?

Acumatica is especially helpful because it lets non-developers customize the system (within reason) to fit their specific business needs. That flexibility is incredibly powerful for the small to mid-size businesses that do well with Acumatica. It has also enabled us to grow and scale while staying within the ERP itself. “Modern, Intuitive ERP with Standout AI (Aura) and Close Management”
What do you like best about Rillet?

Rillet is a modern ERP with an intuitive interface that genuinely puts customers in the driver's seat. The AI capabilities are where it stands out, specially Aura, which handles the routine work like bank reconciliation, accruals, and flux analysis automatically. The close management tools are also a real differentiator: there's a built-in checklist, automated reconciliations, and prepaid expense tracking that used to require manual effort. The integrations with our existing tech stack were straightforward to set up, and the pace at which the platform keeps improving has been noticeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rillet?

Rillet is clearly built for the modern finance stack, and it does that very well. If you're in GovCon and need a DCAA-approved accounting system, that's a specific niche it isn't yet designed for, which is worth knowing if you're in that space. For everything else, it covers the bases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rillet solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rillet has completely transformed what my team spends time on. What used to be data entry and manual reconciliation is now handled automatically, which has freed up real capacity to focus on more advanced, higher-value work. The AI takes care of the prep, which means we're spending our time reviewing and making decisions rather than building from scratch every month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Streamlined Compliance with Powerful Audit Trails”
What do you like best about FloQast?

The audit trails and unified month-end checklists are my top picks. Every reconciliation action and attached file carries a timestamp, fully compliant with German financial audit standards. The dashboard displays live task progress, shared lists let our finance team comment directly on work items, cutting down repetitive emails and missed deadlines drastically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FloQast?

Report customization options are too few, can’t adjust layouts to match local German audit forms. Bulk editing reconciliations runs sluggishly. It lacks native connection to our internal file server, so I manually upload all supporting documents monthly. Also, adjusting settings to meet local finance rules took lots of repeated edits during setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FloQast solving and how is that benefiting you?

We previously handled all closing work via scattered Excel sheets. FloQast consolidates all closing procedures into one platform, unifies team task tracking and provides traceable audit materials. It drastically cuts audit preparation time, minimizes compliance risks and improves cross-team communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kosh.ai?

Prior to Kosh, we were manually reconciling finance transactions. Given our scale of operations, it was quite a tedious task. Using Kosh we have completely automated the reconciliation process but have also improved the other related workflows. The platform is quite configurable. The Kosh team has been very responsive in addressing any changes in our workflows. They anyway did a great job during implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kosh.ai?

Nothing to add here as I found the platform to be very intuitive and user friendly. Team has been prompt with their assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kosh.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our company facilitates peer-to-peer lending and we are perhaps the largest in the country. So naturally we handle a large number of transactions on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. This leads to a lot of data being generated. To manage and reconcile this data, we are using Kosh. “Effortless Client Management and Fast Invoicing in One Clean Platform”
What do you like best about Refrens Accounting?

Refrens Accounting stands out because of how effortlessly it centralizes my entire client management and billing workflow. Having used it for over two years, the biggest upside for me is the seamless transition from creating professional quotations to converting them into final invoices.

The user interface (UI/UX) is incredibly clean and intuitive, making it easy to manage a growing client database without a steep learning curve. Performance-wise, the platform is fast and highly reliable; I can generate an invoice and send it to a client in under two minutes, which has dramatically improved my day-to-day efficiency.

Instead of juggling separate tools for invoicing, quotations, and client tracking, Refrens gives me plenty of comprehensive features under one roof to manage my business operations. It has saved me hours of administrative work each week, offering an incredible return on investment (ROI) for freelancers and small business owners who want to stay organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Refrens Accounting?

While Refrens Accounting is excellent for day-to-day operations, there is still room for improvement regarding deep third-party integrations. It would be highly beneficial to have more native sync capabilities with advanced project management tools or external CRM systems to automate workflows even further.

Additionally, as the platform continues to add features, the reporting and analytics tools could be expanded to provide deeper financial insights and automated forecasting for long-term planning. However, these are minor feature gaps, and the core functionalities for invoicing, quotations, and client management remain incredibly strong and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Refrens Accounting solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Refrens Accounting, my business operations were heavily fragmented. I was constantly juggling multiple disjointed platforms—using separate tools or spreadsheets to create quotations, handle client records, and send invoices. This scattered workflow made it time-consuming to stay organized and led to delays in getting paid.

Refrens completely solves this issue by serving as a centralized, all-in-one hub for my client management and billing ecosystem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Churchteams Online Giving backed by incredible support”
What do you like best about Churchteams?

We have been using Churchteams for several years. I want to share about a specific change we went through and the incredible support and dedication we received as we made the necessary changes.

We rely heavily on the Online Giving aspect of Churchteams, the majority of our members use this feature, so we need any changes to be seamless. We recently legally changed the name of our church and our bank required us to get new bank accounts. When I contacted Bryce, who handles support for online giving, to ask what we needed to do to update to the new account, he got me the paper work and told me what was needed. However, our new bank setup was one that had not come up before. We now had a "receivables" account for deposits only and a separate account where the fees would be paid from. This was a way of banking that online vendor had not come across before. But Bryce was awesome. He talked with the vendor that handles the giving, came back with questions, and worked to help determine exactly what was needed. The forms were completed and we are up and running, seamlessly, using the new bank accounts.

I never have to worry if I can't find the answer needed in their extensive FAQ support section, along with videos, I am assured that the staff will provide the help and guidance needed to accomplish my goal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Churchteams?

I don't actually "dislike" this part, but the workflows are set up differently that the previous couple of software packages we used. But they work and get the job done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Churchteams solving and how is that benefiting you?

Online giving is huge. By giving our members the option to give, and set up recurring payments, allows for the money to go directly to our accounts and makes it easier for our members to not have to worry about remembering to give. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I also like the ability to manage clients and payments from a single platform, which helps streamline day to day operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FreshBooks?

One thing I dislike about FreshBooks is that some advanced accounting features are limited compared to larger enterprise accounting platforms. “Streamlined Operations & Responsive To Feedback”
What do you like best about Subsplash?

I love using Subsplash because it has streamlined all our operations by consolidating 14 or 15 different services into one platform. This change has made managing information much more efficient, as it ensures the data is mostly always correct, unlike when we were using multiple platforms before. The consolidation has provided our church, end users, and volunteers with a more predictable and streamlined experience. I'm also really pleased with how Subsplash listens to customer feedback and actually implements our feature requests, which shows they value and respond to their customers' needs. The support, especially from our client success person, Diana Stevenson, has been outstanding. She patiently helps me with my questions, shows immense care and friendliness, and is always wonderful to work with. I appreciate the platform's focus on trackable and accurate information, especially with features like people, groups, and giving, which have been highly beneficial for us. What do you dislike about Subsplash?

One thing that was a bit challenging was the initial experience when we started using Subsplash. We were told certain features would be active, but when we got into the platform, those features weren't ready or were only in beta and had a lot of issues still being worked out. It required us to be creative and stick with it until things improved. I think could be better transparency about where the platform is and clarity on what features are fully available at a given moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
