There isn’t a proper report that clearly shows which bills, or which parts of bills, are included in the 1099 filing. It seems to rely only on vendor payments, so we had to do a lot of back-and-forth to figure it out. Also, when bills or invoices are entered at the top level, different views and reports don’t show which entity they were entered under when you run a report or when you’re viewing the bill/invoice page at the top level. Our contact at Sage said they’re fixing the issue where, at the top level, you can’t see which Entity a bill or invoice was uploaded to. They also helped a lot with our inter-entity invoicing using the AI Customer emails. Any email sent to the AI Customer email automatically posts as a bill in the Entity associated with that Customer. I would appreciate having access to more reports. We've noticed an issue where some texts are not delivered to recipients, and often there isn't a clear explanation for why this happens. While some reports provide helpful information, others make it difficult to determine the reason for non-delivery. the ability to have everything in one place, prior to that, in order to pull all the correct "fees" from Amazon, that required a a A2X integration and subscription between Amazon and QB online. That was so much work and so many things went wrong all the time, and no one wants to waste time in marlaky. We also had a accountant on top of that, so it was just ridiculous, and that is the case for all e-commerce companies at scale. Finaloop completely solved that stomach turning issue.
