As a startup, if you add multiple modules that you do not end up using in the future, there's no way to remove them. If you remove them, you cannot lower the contract value. So I would start with what you actually need and then add on as you go. Don't buy into the bundle because if you don't need something in the future, you will be stuck with it forever, and the value of the contract will never go down. The initial setup was very difficult. At first, it seemed like a cumbersome product. However, after trial and error and assistance, it was easier to use. Some of the summaries I tried to pull were troublesome. It likes to automatically categorize charges, and it can add more time when reconciling the books. Like a cash app transfer is considered an ATM withdrawal or a wire transfer listed as a DRAW.
