In my opinion, the Jurnal features are excellent and greatly simplify accounting work. The expense and cost modules provide an import function that makes it easier to record large volumes of transactions efficiently. The system also simplifies the calculation of company asset depreciation and allows users to save time by cloning recurring journal entries for transactions that occur every month. In addition, the financial statement overview is very user-friendly, making it easy to review both the balance sheet and profit & loss reports. One thing I dislike about Mekari Jurnal is the live chat feature with customer service. When using this feature, users need to manually close the chat window, which can be inconvenient. In my opinion, it would be better if the chat feature were designed as a floating pop-up on the web page or integrated into a dedicated menu within the dashboard, making it more accessible and user-friendly. I really like the financial reporting system, especially the General Ledger (GL). It is very easy to trace transactions because when I check the GL, I can see the original source document immediately. This tracing feature makes my auditing and checking process much faster. Every time I log in with my username and password, I have to open my email tab just to copy and paste the verification code. It saves a lot of time, especially when handling many records. The live chat support is also great. They respond fast and are always polite when helping with any issue. But even though it takes a few tries, they always make sure the issue gets solved in the end. The import feature can also be a bit slow sometimes, even when the data file is small.
