**What do you like best about OnStage?**

I love using OnStage for its user-friendly and easy-to-use interface. Unlike Services from PlanningCenter, OnStage has never blocked access or functions, offering a seamless experience. The integration of setlists, chords, and lyrics, with the ability to make annotations during a worship program, is incredibly helpful. It eliminates the need for separate platforms like Music Stand since everything is available in one unified platform, such as scheduling and live program features. The setup was straightforward and efficient, taking just seconds by sharing my email address. OnStage's all-in-one solution significantly improves my band’s workflow, especially during worship nights when we often have to add extra songs or modify the setlist; changes reflect in real-time across all devices. I rely heavily on the features for setlist creation, live service management, digital chart views, transpose functionalities, and fast customization. The complete solution that OnStage provides, packaged in a fun-to-use design, makes it invaluable for my needs. I would choose to buy it again for these compelling reasons.

I find OnStage streamlines our rehearsal and performance management, combining scheduling, setlist creation, and live program updates in one platform, making it easy to adapt and share updates instantly.

**What do you like best about OnStage?**

We've been using OnStage for 8 months and find it incredibly valuable for scheduling people and planning services at our church, significantly reducing our planning time by 4-6 hours per week. I love how OnStage centralizes resources, which was a game-changer compared to previous cumbersome methods like multiple PDFs and paper resources. The onboarding process was seamless, taking just five minutes to integrate 50 members via a simple WhatsApp link, and the onboarding steps were helpful for understanding features. OnStage makes it effortless to invite members and manage confirmations with just a couple of taps. The app's ability to handle songs with features such as transposing and editing keys and structures is unparalleled. I appreciate the blockout feature that respects personal schedules by preventing admins from scheduling services when someone is unavailable. Annotations for notes and drawings on songs enhance our experience significantly. The responsive customer support team reacts swiftly to any issues, and the intuitive UI/UX is exceptionally easy to navigate, dramatically improving understanding and usability compared to legacy apps. My entire team loves using OnStage daily and widely shares it with others, underscoring the app's high satisfaction and usability.

**What do you dislike about OnStage?**

I would want to have an extra app, synced with OnStage to have all the people from our church in there, not only volunteers. So we can see the status of all the church members, such as if they are married, if they are in church this week, etc.

**What problems is OnStage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OnStage streamlined our planning, saving 4–6 hours weekly. It centralized resources and simplified scheduling and communication, enhancing focus on volunteer relationships. Its features like transposable songs and easy onboarding boost efficiency and user satisfaction.

**What do you like best about OnStage?**

I can have all songs in one place. I can setup rehearsals. I can see who’ll be available. It’s just so helpful

**What do you dislike about OnStage?**

That you cannot set up a team without inviting them. I’d like to have the ability to set up a team with names and everything without having to add them in the app

Brings order into chaos with all the right tools for preparing for our events.

Still early in their journey, so there are some features that I still wait to be released

I don't need to send a lot of messages anymore and to reschedule things on the go
