What do you like best about Instantly?

The migration support is what truly sold me. I moved over with a stack of domains and mailboxes from another setup, and the team walked me through reconnecting everything cleanly without me having to babysit the process. That alone saved me a weekend of work.

On a day-to-day basis, the warmup network is what I lean on most. I run cold outbound at volume, so I’m constantly cycling in new domains, and the warmup paired with the unified inbox makes it genuinely manageable to operate dozens of mailboxes from one place. Campaign setup is quick, the sequence builder feels clean and straightforward, and the analytics show me what I need without burying the important stuff. What do you dislike about Instantly?

A few API endpoints behave differently than the docs imply, so the first time I wrote a script around them I got tripped up. Once you learn the quirks it’s manageable, but a more complete, detailed API reference would really help. I’d also love the option to activate newly created campaigns via the API, instead of having to switch them on manually in the dashboard.

One other small thing: warmup status and account health information could be surfaced more clearly in the UI. Right now I end up cross-checking a few different views just to get the full picture for a mailbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before Instantly, I was stitching together a few different tools for mailboxes, sequences, and replies. That meant constant context switching, plus a lot of small details slipping through the cracks. I find the Help Desk to be extremely helpful in centralizing the 1:1 communication with our customers. It was easy to set up - with enough options to fit our needs. And from there it has been easy to filter and organize to maintain multiple channels including SMS and chat. We have been able to better segment our customers and respond quickly. I utilize the snippets and find that the user interface is extremely intuitive and allows for quick replies. It is also easy to maintain and add snippets as I go. to best support my team. What I liked most about Constant Contact was how efficiently it handled organized communication workflows without requiring advanced technical setup. During operational and coordination activities where updates, announcements, newsletters, and campaign communication needed to be shared regularly, the platform simplified the entire process significantly.

The drag-and-drop email builder and campaign scheduling tools were especially practical because they reduced the time required to prepare and distribute communication updates. Instead of manually coordinating emails across separate systems, templates, audience lists, automation, and reporting stayed centralized in one platform.

I also appreciated the analytics and reporting visibility. What do you like best about Flodesk?

I LOVE how streamlined, intuitive, and simple Flodesk is to use. I use it most for sending out my weekly newsletters, and it has made this process so much more enjoyable. It's super easy to customize each newsletter. It's one of the easiest platforms I've used for offering a lead magnet on my website, and it integrates seamlessly with my Squarespace site. The link in bio feature for Instagram allows me to easily create a professional on-brand link in bio. It's also a really beautiful platform, which just adds to the joy of using it. And they're always adding really awesome new features. I use it every single week and I've never once had a problem with it. It is an amazing value for the cost, and their generous affiliate program is an added perk. The one time I had to use their customer support (to help me reconnect my Stripe account when I opened a new one), the response was timely, clear, and easy to follow. This is only a minor irritation, but it's the only thing I can think of. When I've downloaded an image and want to upload it into the email builder, I can't just drag and drop it -- I have to search for it in my downloads folder (or wherever I'm up loading from). With Flodesk, I'm able to do so many things with only one platform, instead of having to manage (and pay for) multiple platforms. I do all of my email newsletters and marketing with Flodesk, manage my lead magnet opt-ins on my website, have a checkout integrated right into any offers I want to make, and manage my Instagram link-in-bio all in one place. And it all works like a charm. I'm not the greatest with technology, but Flodesk makes it so easy. It is by far the easiest and best email marketing platform I've used. Braze has always been on my radar, due to its legendary status among CRM platforms - but it has always seemed out of reach because of the price tag associated with the product. This changed in the last 2 months, when I have done a comparative analysis of more than 10 providers, and found the price to feature ratio to be the most balanced on Braze.

PROS:

- Passionate account executives, providing a full overview of the product

- Dedicated onboarding subsidiary called Massive Rocket, with the singular scope of making the process as smooth as possible

What do you dislike about Braze?

As I mentioned before, the pricing had been the main reason why I haven't had the chance of using Braze in my Marketing career so far. While it's definitely competitive when measured against equal calibre products, it can still be a little bit intimidating, especially for companies that are looking to commit to a platform for years to come.

What do you like best about Omnisend?

The platform is pretty intuitive and makes it easy to quickly create campaigns.

The pre-built templates are helpful (and time-saving) but can be easily personalised.

In terms of transitioning to the platform, it was really straightforward to import data but a little trial and error to correctly attribute marketing permissions.

Sales attribution seems a little out of sync with what we were used to seeing on Klaviyo but this could be a period of adjustment.

Delighted with the new pricing plans, significantly reducing the cost of SMS makes it much more accessible.

I haven't yet tried the AI integration but this feels like an exciting step forward.

Some of the UI is a little clunky. For example, the base font constantly reverts back to Arial (very annoying!), you can't overwrite copy and keep the formatting, and I'd like to see more elements available (i.e. spacers)

What do you like best about Evam?

Firstly, the tool for business owner (campaign managers, CVM specialists), they can use it to set up event based campaigns in short time few days for campaign in case the data is in the system without any IT involvement (very intuitive UI/UX).Secondly, it helps to improve personalization, which is crucial nowadays if the company wants to evolve. After implementation we've got significant uplift in conversion rate up to 8x vs standard broadcasts.The system worth to invest. Third it has lots of connectors, which help to integrated the datasources easily. All the data can be collected in realtime. What do you dislike about Evam?

We are working in old version, not using Evam X, latest one. The main inconvenience is that campaign manager have to deploy the developed campaign to local server. What do you like best about ContactPigeon?

What we like most, since 2023, is that we can manage everything from one place in a single platform. Our communication has become organized, effective, and faster. We are also happy with the automation flows, as we can use recurring scenarios at the right time without having to rebuild everything. Overall, ContactPigeon’s platform has helped us increase purchases and revenue. The team provides us with new ideas and is always willing to help. It is user friendly, easy to navigate and building new emails off of my templates is helpful especially when delegating email strategy across different team members. We are a lean team and having something that is easy to use is helpful!

Whenever we have run into an issue the support team has been really quick and easy to work with, getting new team members on the platform is seamless.

Tier 1 credits feel tight at 2,000. If you're running multiple campaigns across different audiences, you'll burn through them faster than expected. Would love to see a higher credit allocation for Tier 1 or a cheaper way to top up.
