The flexibility. Smart campaigns and tokens let me build one program, clone it, and run it across regions without rebuilding anything. Once you get program architecture and naming conventions locked in, scaling gets easy. I also love how deep the Salesforce sync goes and how much you can do with webhooks and the API when the native stuff runs out. The Champions community has been a huge help too, because a lot of my best solutions started as a thread in there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reporting is the biggest gap for me. Anything past basic email performance usually means exporting to a BI tool, and that gets old. Smart list performance can crawl on big databases, and the lack of a true sandbox makes testing bigger changes more nerve-wracking than it should be. Pricing tied to database size also punishes you for not cleaning up old records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
