I have constant issues with Yotpo 2-3 times / week. Slow loading, I'm talking 15 secs to load. Below average / limited & outdated software / UI / UX. Lots of features are half-baked / illogical. Their support is very hit-and-miss. The knowledge base is not up to date & not detailed enough. Inside the software, it says to do one thing but the guide says to do a different thing..?!!
