Yotpo is a relatively new platform to us, but whenever I've had a question the customer service on the live chat has helped me everytime, really quickly so I can get back to helping my customer. It's really easy to make updates as well to our loyalty landing pages, especially as we've recently updated our branding and it took only a few minutes to do across 8 different online stores. Yotpo offers lot of functionality to run loyalty and rewards be it account referral, order placement rewards and it offers great option to setup new rewards quickly without doing lot of coding and easily integrates with UI. Yotpo support is something that can be improved and improve their SLA for production issues and API documentation can be improved and sandbox environment support is something can be improved in lower environments. Yotpo is helping us build loyalty construct in our ecommerce company, we are using to give loyalty points to customers, reward customers on referral and allowing redemption of those points on our ecommerce platform.
