What do you like best about Yotpo?

The most helpful feature about Yotpo is the ease of integration with your website and gives the customers a nice widget to submit reviews about my products or ask any questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yotpo?

So far, I have integrated Yotpo with my Magento store in the staging and production environments. I have activated promoted products in my home page store and let Yotpo choose its algorithm. However, promoted products images are missing though Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very easy to learn and use!"

What do you like best about Yotpo?

Great platform to keep things like reviews, questions, and weekly/monthly summaries all in one place. It is quite easy to learn how to use and navigate. THere were a few bugs early on when the company first started using it, but they were resolved in a reasonable time frame. It is useful to be able to moderate reviews for company websites, and answer questions directly from customers. I would definitely recommend using this platform for your e-commerce business. What do you dislike about Yotpo?

There were a few bugs early on that made it a little difficult to moderate reviews. But the issues were fixed shortly after reporting and I haven't seen many bugs or problems since. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Yotpo solving and how is that benefiting you?

THe benefits are keeping all of the reviews ready to moderating in one place. It is also helpful to be able to leave comments directly to customers, add tags when needed, and keep a summary of all reviews and questions. What do you like best about Yotpo?

You can set the timeline on when you want to send your review item. Very Customizable. It allows you to filter only the reviews that are product-based and not options of the company or shipping issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Yotpo?

I like the ability to do flows the most. Allowing me to get very personal and granular with all of my messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yotpo?

I don't like that after I schedule a campaign with a certain segmentation then the subscribers that are in the segment are locked in and the campaign doesn't automatically update as the segment does. This makes it difficult when we want to send campaigns on the weekend because I have to wait until the night before to schedule the campaign to make sure the segmentation is up-to-date. This way I also miss out on the time zone-based sending feature which I really like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Yotpo:

It is a very solid platform that has just about everything you need for your store from reviews to SMS marketing. Each of the softwares they have all is very future rich and works very well together. We currently use YotPo for our reviews and SMS marketing. However, we are looking into adding loyalty and referrals as well. All in all a great platform would recommend. What problems is Yotpo solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving the problem of not having a personal way to reach out to customers to help them. The other problem that we solved was that we were not able to get very deep with how we could talk to our customers. With Postscript we had very basic segmentation and basic automation. YotPo SMS has a more robust and powerful way to reach customers with segmentation and flows. Since switching to YotPo SMS we have seen more accurate revenue numbers, less spend on SMS marketing, a more engaged audience, and campaigns that my superiors are very happy about. What do you like best about Yotpo?

What I like best about YotPo is the fact that it integrates with Shopify and customers can submit reviews with photos which is very helpful to our customers. We have used other review platforms and this is our favorite by far! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
