**What do you like best about PostPilot?**

Their team was very helpful and professional. Their creative designs were eye-catching. Communication was always consistent throughout the campaign-building process.

**What do you dislike about PostPilot?**

We just never saw the return we needed to continue the program. We did several test campaigns targeting on warm leads and the results were just not there unfortunately.

**What problems is PostPilot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This was a generally untapped marketing channel for us so we wanted to give it a try. We do a lot of digital targeted marketing, but nothing on the direct-mail side of things.
