All aspects of employee benefits are in one place. Good visibility into the time-off calendar with other employees' time off also shown. I liked being able to check my health insurance providers as well as my time-off & accrual history. I don't think I've used any integrations. The site loads and responds plenty fast enough to be satisfactory. My employer uses trident, so I can't speak to the pricing/ROI. **What do you dislike about TriNet?** I couldn't find seemingly important information: - my salary (aside from manually calculating my paycheck) - how many days of vacation I accrue per year - when the sick time resets/replentishes **What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves the questions that I used to have to ask HR a lot (for a time-off form or requesting days off). This is especially good for small businesses who usually have overall more expensive and less comprehensive benefits. **What do you dislike about TriNet?** I think that their website can be clunky, I think that there could be more benefit in updating their website to be a bit more user friendly and doesn't require you to be sent to a new page outside of the TriNet website. **What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you?** As previously stated, the cost of health insurance for not as great coverage. TriNet has so many platforms from HMOs to PPOs and other plan specific options that really opened up the marketplace. Also the addition of an FSA was excellent, that helped solved a lot of my anxiety of having to pay for medicines amongst other things. ### 3. I know it doesnt take long to leave TriNet and open up another site, however, it can get annoying when the prompt opens explaining that you are leaving Trinet for another link. **What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you?** One problem the TriNet help me with is organization. Everything work related can be pulled up in TriNet as far as pay stubs, time off, and information reguarding benefits. All of this information is store on one webiste and is organized in a way that is it easy to find and it helps me keep track of work related thing easily. It's really easy for me to jump in at any point, manage my pay, paycheck, get my stubs, and coordinate my time off requests. The navigation and general user interface are simple, clean, and extremely functional. I've used other systems before, and TriNet is by far the easiest, cleanest, and most intuitive setup. I also find the time off requesting portion super simple and easy to navigate. **What do you dislike about TriNet?** I understand the need for security logins, but it feels like I'm logging in for the first time every time. Even though I check the option to be remembered, it doesn't seem to work. This process is cumbersome, but I appreciate the security. I like the punch out feature and clocking in. The user interface is very easy, which I find helpful when clocking in and out, and going to lunch. I also enjoy the calendar feature that shares the paydays, pay periods, and holidays for my company. It helps me know what day is a payday by simply checking the time tab, where it's right there for me. The initial setup was very easy, and I got it on the first try. Plus, TriNet saw the problem of me having to log in on multiple different apps and is a platform where it's all in one, all inclusive, so I don't have to use multiple platforms. **What do you dislike about TriNet?** I wish that they offered early wage access, so you can possibly access your wages early. **What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you?** TriNet solves the problem of logging in and clocking across multiple apps by providing an all-in-one platform. It's a good platform to use, pretty easy and pretty self explanatory. I feel like most HR platforms have the same functionality, and I think that's a good thing. I wouldn't want TriNet to be super different than my ADP or something crazy. I like how it's really easy to use, so don't change that. This is my first full time job and I'm pretty young, so I can navigate the website pretty easily. The setup was pretty easy. They especially make compliance easy when you’re hiring across multiple states. **What do you dislike about TriNet?** Trinet’s reporting tool is not intuitive. The UI for certain features—especially the self-service portal for submitting cases—is very difficult to use and navigate. The integration between their time & attendance tool and payroll also feels sloppy. Specifically, approved time off does not auto-populate into the timesheet, which can result in employees getting paid for hours they did not work. I’ve raised this issue with our Account Manager many times, and it doesn’t seem to be something that’s on their roadmap. **What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trinet makes it much easier for me to hire across multiple states. I also find their I-9 solution integration and background check integration very helpful, especially for keeping the process organized and consistent. Also, Trinet's health insurance plans are very competitively priced. We saved a lot of money switching over to Trinet, and were able to offer our employees better coverage-- a huge win. ### 11. It's all convenient! **What do you dislike about TriNet?** Because there is so much, sometimes it's confusing where to go for certain needs, and/or there are whole features I'm completely unaware of. **What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's given me a lot of options for medical benefits, which is very helpful! As someone with very little disposable income, but a lot of medical needs, I'm able to find plans that work for me and my family without being locked into a company-approved price range. I also remember working at my company before we had TriNet, and we had separate forms for EVerything. Time off requests were in one form, mileage reimbursement in another, expense reports in another.... it was a lot. Now it's a one stop shop. ### 12. At times, that can leave us feeling a bit disconnected, especially since we’re a smaller company. Unfortunately there are times when they are also exceptionally difficult to deal with, but those have been rare. Other factors that weigh in - UI is mostly intuitive, although it is not unusual to have difficulties locating stuff. Eventually asking support staff via chat helps. Performance wise they perform as expected - things are good, on time, and for the vast majority accurate. When they happen to be not accurate it is a significant uphill trip to get things resolved, but it appears that for the price this is what you get. They have started implementing AI in the chat - as with most such attempts it is a mandatory waste of time for end users, until you get to talk to a person. On the good side, it is a relatively short trip compared to others. Their services integrate seamlessly with other providers, which is a plus. In some instances you still have to manage separate usernames and emails, but it is not an issue. **What do you dislike about TriNet?** The push to remove the human - they push and insist that AI gets in the way first. A major obstacle is when they happen to be wrong or get stuck on something - it is nearly impossible for them to admit a mistake. Eventually they do the right thing, but not without a major uphill battle first. **What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you?** TriNet provides a good and comprehensive HR tool, including all aspects of payrolls, taxes, and benefits. ### 17.
