**What do you like best about G-P?**

I value that G-P is incredibly intuitive and easy to set up. The minutes it took me to understand the website layout and how to use the Soho app were minimal, which demonstrates how well-designed the interface is. I love how quick it is to upload and report expenses for approval, which saves me significant time by not having to spend many hours entering information. Additionally, the features that allow for quick information upload for my supervisor to review and authorize are especially useful, even more so considering the response is immediate. This smooth flow between employees and employers, accompanied by the easy visualization of relevant information, makes communication efficient and effective. All of this contributes to a very satisfying overall experience when using G-P.

**What do you dislike about G-P?**

I would like to have a training video to understand how to manage GP and also the applications, as it would be important not to spend time figuring out how to handle the platform.

**What problems is G-P solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The product streamlines my expense reports, making them faster and easier to approve, reducing the time I spend uploading information.

**What do you like best about G-P?**

I have been using the G-P platform as part of the EoR program. It's a great platform and really helps professionals get all the required details in a centralized location. It makes it very easy for me to get all the employment documents and any other details related to my employment in just one central location without going to multiple different portals. I find it very responsive and highly available. The UI is great, and information is easy to access. It's a web-app already set up with most functionalities.

**What do you dislike about G-P?**

Support sits outside of the app that can be inbuilt as well.

**What problems is G-P solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use G-P to centralize all my employment documents and details in one location, avoiding the need for multiple portals.

**What do you like best about G-P?**

Globalization Partners has been an excellent partner in our international hiring efforts. A number of years ago, we saw an increased need for a platform that could support international hires. We did an exploration process and have been with Globalization Partners for a number of years now. Our organization engages in work in some of the more challenging places to work, but G-P has been able to support the places where we want to hire. Finally, the support and expertise they have provided through various challenging situations have been excellent.

**What do you dislike about G-P?**

One challenging thing is working through multiple agencies, G-P and the local employing agency. However, we understand the complexities of international hiring and G-P has helped us navigate even through those challenges.

**What problems is G-P solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization is in a specialized field that involves work in many countries in the world. G-P has allowed us to hire local talent when it aligns with our organization's strategic goals, instead of our being restricted to US-based talent.

G-P is very active in supporting our concerns, requirements, and especially during onboarding process. They informed us in detailed and ensure that we fully understand and follow all the needed things to be done.

No direct contact from your personnel, which the only way is through your gmail support.gp.com

**What problems is G-P solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an employee, I have faced several issues in the past, but GP has always managed to resolve them quickly. For example, with my Zoho Account, I initially had trouble submitting my reports because my approver had not yet been registered on my account. Overall, I haven't experienced any major problems with GP.

I love how G-P is very easy to set up and user-friendly, which makes the whole process smooth for me. The availability of documents online in my account is another aspect I find extremely useful as it allows me to access important HR documents like certification of employment and travel letters directly, saving me time and hassle. These features collectively enhance my experience and productivity when addressing various HR-related concerns, especially concerning salaries and documents here in the Philippines.

**What do you like best about G-P?**

I found the setup process with G-P to be very straightforward and simple, which was a great relief. The representative referred to us through Paychex was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the available options and the signup process. I particularly appreciated how G-P solved the problem of employing someone based in Germany, a task that initially seemed daunting. The platform was also invaluable when it came to terminating employment when necessary, ensuring compliance and ease of process. The onboarding feature of G-P was notably useful, providing a seamless experience for integrating new employees. Additionally, the automatic payments feature stood out as beneficial, ensuring punctual and accurate compensation for employees. If the need arises to employ someone based in another country again, I would readily consider turning to G-P given its effectiveness in handling international employment requirements.

The interface was a little tough to work with. I do think some streamlining or prompts, instructions, or some sort of walkthrough would have helped.

G-P solves the challenge of employing staff in Germany by simplifying employment logistics and facilitating seamless onboarding and automatic payments, ultimately streamlining international hiring and management for my organization.

I like the platform and the wizard when you add new professionals. Also the support-department and my contactperson Paul Healy are really helpful with all kinds of issues.

I think i put in quite a lot of tickets, and every one of them i receive a answer.

**What do you dislike about G-P?**

Sometimes the support-department help or answers does not live up to my expectations. But a quick call or chat with my contactperson, and that matter is quickly solved!

Questions about invoices, the portal itself, minor changes that i can not fix myself.

It is very easy to use, thanks to the navigation and user interface, which make the experience straightforward.

Although G-P offers extensive global coverage, the quality of support can vary by region. Users have noted that response times are generally fast in North America and Europe, while in areas with more complicated compliance needs, resolutions tend to take longer.

G-P maintains local benefit packages that meet minimum requirements and competitive norms. I will be having a birth to my child and hopefully it doesn't give me much stress. I'm expecting it now already :)

How simple the platform is to use and how fast the responses are to queries and requests are (ex. medical expense reimbursements).

The UI of the website is a bit simple. I do understand that it's for professionalism but a bit of engaging UI doesn't hurt.

Helps mostly in our day-to-day timekeeping and the promptness of the system they have during payday. We receive it on-time most of the time and sometimes a day in advance.

**What do you like best about G-P?**

The core benefit of using G-P is the flexibility and the ability to work transparently between G-P and my main employer. G-P are relatively detailed in the level of support they provide and reasonably efficiently facilitate what is required for any given contract.

The G-P portal has quite a lot of available features and you can easily navigate to what you might require.

The customer service team are supportive and transparent. The integration procedure was clear and methodical.

**What do you dislike about G-P?**

The main dislikes I have about working with G-P is the speed of responses and the fact that some customer service representatives are clearly more knowledgeable than others. For example, it took me 6 separate emails to change my address on the portal. Sometimes when I have emailed, it might not be answered for days when the query was quite critical.

The ability to work for an international company.

I really like that if I have an inquiry with G-P, it's addressed really quickly, often within the day. This quick response time means that as an employee, I gain clarity efficiently on matters that affect my employment.

**What do you dislike about G-P?**

I don't like the toggling between Zoho and G-P First. Certain employment items make it really tricky. The dashboard isn't very user-friendly, and it's a bit finicky.

G-P addresses my employment inquiries swiftly, providing clarity on issues affecting my job.

**What do you like best about G-P?**

What I like most about G-P is that it is very easy to navigate within the options, which are few but simple and practical, which is very important to me. Additionally, the initial setup was very quick, access is simple, and the information is concrete.

They could improve by not only mentioning when the next payment will be, but there should be an option that functions as a payment calendar for the entire year where they are already marked. This way, we could organize payment days further in advance and not just indicate the nearest one.

I find that the transition of my contract from 3M to G-P went perfectly, especially now that G-P is operating well in Morocco. I've found that Globalization Partners has been a critical partner in our evaluation and staffing of professionals for almost 5 years now. Our Customer Success Manager, Adrian, is always very responsive and has provided excellent account management in our time working together. He and the team at GP are truly best-in-class when it comes to Global Payrolling services.

We've only had a few hiccups and usually it's related to working directly with local contacts, with minor gaps in communication at times. Nothing too concerning or recurring, no one is perfect but they always do a good job to make up for any dropped bal.

**What do you like best about G-P?**

I like the UI of G-P, particularly the colors and simplicity of the webpage. Also, the initial setup was easy, which made getting started with G-P straightforward. I also appreciate that G-P resolved the issue my employer had with paying me from the USA.

**What do you dislike about G-P?**

I find it difficult sometimes to move to the ADP or Human Resources part. Also, it doesn't provide the section of People. The connection pages could be improved, like when going to ADP or Zoho app.

**What problems is G-P solving and how is that benefiting you?**

G-P resolved my employer's payment issues from the USA and helps me easily check my contract, access employment records, and communicate with HR for time off.

**What do you like best about G-P?**

I find the representative Cristal to be professional and helpful, which I really appreciate. The communication with G-P has also been very helpful. I enjoy the access to the benefits section so far, as it is easy to access and read at my convenience. As an employee, it was easy to initiate a user account on G-P.

**What do you dislike about G-P?**

The website hasn't been performing well recently. It has been bringing up an error when I try to click on a page.

**What problems is G-P solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am being onboarded as an employee with G-P as the EOR.  For me, it provides easy access to the benefits section, and was easy to set up as an employee.
