What do you like best about G-P?

I really appreciate the ease and speed of the G-P platform, which benefits both our team and our employees. This is particularly valuable when managing employee contracts and payroll across different geographic regions where we don't have an entity, as G-P enables us to hire in these locations effortlessly. Another standout feature is the simplicity and user-friendly nature of the invoicing process, which makes it straightforward to handle financial transactions. During the initial setup of G-P, I found the process to be pretty easy to follow, aided by the good advice from support and our CSM. Overall, my experience with G-P has been positive, and I would rate my likelihood of recommending it to a friend or colleague as a 9 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about G-P?

I find G-P can be expensive for permanent staff. While the pricing for contractors is fair, the cost for permanent employees can be high. What do you like best about G-P?

The simplicity of the onboarding has been incredible. Felt assisted all along, and everyone has been incredibly supportive. The platform is very user friendly and organised - it makes it way easier to find your usual workplace documentations (specially if you're used to other heavier and harder to navigate platforms). What do you dislike about G-P?

Not particularly a dislike as I can't find one - but I'd recommend just having a better onboarding screen for those unfamiliar with remote contracting (e.g. steps to go through, what has been done and missing, and also cover the last mile between the contractor and the company, connecting with manager, etc). I'd also love to see my local country work code and legals in a simpler way - this is typically a very cumbersome piece of information to consume and digest, and would be great if G-P would offer this from the get-go. What do you like best about G-P?

I appreciate the quick support and responses from the G-P team, which make problem-solving and issue resolution efficient and stress-free. The ease of the onboarding and offboarding processes is remarkable, allowing these critical HR tasks to be completed smoothly and efficiently, which saves a lot of time and effort. The platform offers an excellent overview with all the necessary information consolidated in one place, simplifying management and access to vital data. I am impressed with the modern tools and the integration of AI, which provide smarter, faster, and available solutions. This brings a level of intelligence and efficiency that enhances operational capabilities significantly. Switching to G-P has been beneficial due to their superior service and product, coupled with faster and more modern processes compared to our previous provider. What do you like best about G-P?

Our payroll team was struggling to keep track of multiple country payrolls at once. Our HR team was struggling to keep up to date with multiple local labour laws. We were using a combination of spreadsheets and emails with numerous providers, and it was causing delays and confusion. It was overwhelming, but after researching, we chose GP-Global for its balance of power, simplicity and global coverage. The implementation and set-up was easy. An AOR helps us to quickly and compliantly scale our workforce, enter new markets without setting up local entities, and focus on core business activities while GP-Global handles the administrative burden. Our regular review meetings with Vani our contract manager are informative, and extremely valuable, nothing is too much trouble for her! What do you dislike about G-P?

The IT ticket system can be challenging with the volume of automated emails that I receive in response to submitting a ticket. What do you like best about G-P?

The platform centralizes international employee information and documentation in a single database, making it easy to manage. It offers comprehensive reporting features that are particularly useful for month-end accounting processes. What do you dislike about G-P?

Although payroll is now automatically approved, the new platform has eliminated the ability to view payroll amounts before they are posted. Previously, it was very useful to see the base salary, allowances, and any variable pay all on a single screen, which made our reconciliation process much more efficient. With this update, our internal controls have shifted from being preventative to being more of a detective measure, as we can only review payroll after the invoices have already been posted. What do you like best about G-P?

Globalization Partners has been an amazing partner to have for our US-based company. We have been able to hire international employees through Globalization Partners and have always felt confident in GP and their experts. While yes, you may pay more, the old saying is definitely true - "you get what you pay for." You're paying for excellent customer support from your account manager, HR specialists within each country, and quick support service. You're also paying for peace of mind knowing that their country experts are ready and capable of handling any situation that arises. What do you like best about G-P?

Overall, the Globalization Partners (G-P) platform provides a seamless and highly effective solution for managing a global workforce. The system is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to manage international payroll, compliance, and human resources tasks.

What I like about the system is the availability of country-specific reading materials. These resources are incredibly valuable, providing essential insights into different countries' payroll guidelines and requirements. This feature is a great tool for staying informed and ensuring global compliance.

The positive experience began with a smooth coordination and implementation process, guided by a dedicated Account Manager and Customer Support Manager who provided expert guidance throughout. This made a significant difference in getting our team up and running quickly.

In addition to the excellent system and resources, the support from the G-P team is outstanding. What do you like best about G-P?

I appreciate the speed with which tickets are handled on G-P; the responses are always very quick, which helps me resolve any issues promptly. I also find the online expense management very convenient and fast, allowing me to save time and focus on other more important work activities without worrying too much about bureaucracy. The ease of initial setup of G-P, which I would rate 8 out of 10, makes the integration and initial operation smooth, allowing me to start working with the system without hitches or excessive complexity, which is really advantageous. The aspect of receipt management could be improved, as physical delivery is required despite the convenience of online submission. What do you like best about G-P?

I use GP for managing my core employment-related activities, such as accessing my salary documents, reviewing benefits and insurance information, submitting expenses through Zoho, and handling leave- or HR-related tasks. GP works as a single platform where I can find my employment policies, medical coverage details, travel insurance information, reimbursement guidelines, and other work-related documents.
