Additionally, I found the initial setup process of TriNet to be very easy, which facilitated a smooth transition and allowed me to start using the service without any significant hurdles. The customer service is very disappointing, as it often takes days or even weeks to get a response. This is especially problematic for payroll questions, which really shouldn't take that long to address. Some teams never reply at all, and the only way to reach out is through a generic email address, which makes it even more frustrating. In particular, the Leave of Absence group is a major concern—they consistently fail to respond promptly, leaving employees without answers or updates about their leave status or return-to-work dates.
