The customer service support stands out as being very good, providing prompt and helpful assistance whenever I need it. This level of support ensures that any issues or questions I encounter are addressed quickly and effectively. Additionally, I found the initial setup process of TriNet to be very easy, which facilitated a smooth transition and allowed me to start using the service without any significant hurdles. I find some of the reporting options problematic. Specifically, cost center reports can only be set up for one pay period at a time, which is inconvenient. I would prefer the flexibility to manage reports across multiple pay periods. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
