As a result, many metrics that cannot be combined, can in fact be selected in Supermetrics, leading to failed reports. I love that Supermetrics makes it easy to automate standard performance data from platforms like Facebook, Google, TikTok, and export all my Shopify data. I really appreciate that I don't have to go in and pull reporting every day. Waking up and logging on to have all the data from the previous day updated within our dashboards is invaluable. Being able to pull data directly within Google Sheets is incredibly helpful. The confidence it gives me by negating potential human error with manual updates is also a huge plus. The initial setup of Supermetrics was super easy, just a few clicks to add the extension to Google Sheets and authorize the connections. I was able to start using it right away. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? I generally just think that adding more connectors will be helpful in the future. There are some platforms such as ShopMy where it doesn't have all of the data that I need. So it doesn't connect to ShopMy. Also, AWHEN, it has, but it only allows for a thirty day look back window. For agencies, the pricing probably works (since you can use it for a few clients as long as the total accounts are less than 10), but in most cases, clients want ownership of the data and would like it to be from their account, so that's a major limitation. Supermetrics has become an essential part of my reporting workflow. Supermetrics makes it incredibly easy to pull data across multiple marketing channels and clients into a single source of truth. The setup is intuitive, and building dashboards and reports—especially in Looker—feels fast, flexible, and reliable. Even with complex, multi-client reporting needs, Supermetrics handles it smoothly without unnecessary friction. What really stands out is how user-friendly the platform is. Connecting new data sources, customizing fields, and refreshing reports takes minutes, not hours. It’s enabled me to scale reporting across channels without adding operational overhead. On top of that, the support team is excellent. They’re responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful when troubleshooting issues or answering nuanced questions. What do you dislike about Supermetrics? Sometimes the connectors will break or go down. It is a little slow to load, but I think it has less to do with Supermetrics vs the ad channels themselves. The biggest benefit is efficiency and confidence in the data. I save significant time on reporting, reduce manual errors, and can focus more on analysis and insights rather than data wrangling. I love using Supermetrics because it pulls all my marketing and business data into Google Sheets and Looker Studio automatically, so reporting is fast, consistent, and always up to date. Supermetrics could improve connecting to data sources a bit by making new user and data-source connections more automated. At the same time, I get that they’re dependent on each marketing vendor’s authentication and API rules, so there are limits to how “hands-off” it can realistically be. It centralizes data from multiple platforms into one place (Sheets + Looker Studio), so I don’t waste time jumping between tools. Automated refreshes mean dashboards stay current without manual work. It standardizes metrics and dimensions across reports, improving consistency and trust in numbers. It’s flexible: I can build quick ad-hoc analyses in Sheets and production dashboards in Looker Studio using the same data logic. It reduces copy/paste and CSV chaos—fewer mistakes, cleaner processes.
