We like that the installing of the sources to Google Data Studio was very easy and fast. Also the first use is very easy as long as you like to work with data, metrics and formulas. From there, there is a whole world to explore and graphs to create. There are rarely any problems with the connectors. **What do you dislike about Supermetrics?** Though we are very satisfied with Supermetrics, we dislike their agency pricing plans. We are still on a plan we purchased almost 2 years ago and keep extending it. However, we are in need of extra channels and users, but the difference in pricing plan is too extreme for us. **Recommendations to others considering Supermetrics:** I would recommend using Supermetrics if you would only need a few sources. It is easy to set up, there a lot of possible connectors to use. It automatically updates every month to aid with our performance summaries. The main benefit to our organisation has been that it has allowed us to create a complete suite of reporting across all of our digitial activity in one centralised source (Google Data Studio) which wasn't possible in our CRM/MAP. **What do you dislike about Supermetrics?** I think the support documentation could be more thorough / could help frame possibilities and limitations in a more helpful way. e.g. Certain HubSpot datasets can't be mapped against each other and certain filters can't be used in conjunction with one another. A simple list saying 'Form Data' and 'Contact Data' can't be displayed on the same report and other similar cases would have saved us trial and error time. I realise this is a limitation of HubSpot's data mapping rather than Supermetrics but it is still an opportunity to provide free added value. **Recommendations to others considering Supermetrics:** We came across some limitations with the mapping of the data sets we imported into Supermetrics, which would have been hard to pick up on before trialing the tool, so maybe discuss your top use cases with an AE before signing up if they might be a deal-breaker. **What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quicker, easier reporting in data studio through auto synced data from HubSpot. I use a few of the paid media integrations to automate reports. Besides supermetrics, I've only used funnel. Funnel is much more robust but also waaay more expensive, so for the price, supermetrics is better. **What do you dislike about Supermetrics?** The interface is small and a bit unwieldy despite its simplicity. Also, adding users is confusing because it seems like when you add a user, it'd allow them to use the service but that's not the case. Straightforward to use and always has fresh data connections. **What do you dislike about Supermetrics?** While this product is a bit pricey, I think it's well worth it for my business! **What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using supermetrics means I don't have to employ a developer to build out connections to each platform on my own.
