What I like most about Supermetrics is its ease of use, which allows us to develop reports and analyses of all our clients' digital properties without complications. Additionally, the technical support is excellent, always available to answer any specific technical questions that arise. I appreciate the ability to access all platforms from one place, which greatly simplifies the analysis and reporting process for us. I also value the seamless integration with Google Data Studio and Google Sheets, which allows us to efficiently feed dashboards and spreadsheets. The initial setup of Supermetrics was very simple and intuitive, which greatly facilitated its adoption by our team. Overall, these aspects make my experience with Supermetrics exceptional. Supermetrics makes it relatively easy to pull marketing data from multiple platforms into tools like Google Sheets and Looker Studio. The biggest downside is the lack of flexibility in their pricing and platform access. Many connectors are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can make the tool expensive very quickly.
