"We Have Loved Our SpaceIQ Experience"

What do you like best?

SpaceIQ has greatly helped us simplify seating new hires and executing reorgs in our many buildings that we manage all over the world. Simplicity is what we were looking for and that is what we have received. Great program and very easy to use

What do you dislike?

There is some delay with the response to questions at times. This applies to the conversation tool on the website and emails with our reps.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Great product at a great price. We are learning new things daily that we are implementing and every one of them are a positive. SpaceIQ has truly delivered more that we expected and are very happy with our decision to implement this software.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The organization of our maps in general. Including where people are seated and even where simple things like elevators, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits are. This has been very beneficial.

"Space Planning Software for the New World!"

What do you like best?

Finally someone has delivered the Apple-level experience to the Space Planning software solutions industry. The way things looks, operate, and feel allows our staff, from admin to viewer-level user, the ability to easily navigate and efficiently interact with our space. Both the web and mobile apps are head and shoulders above what we found in the market without much exception. They have proven to be extremely responsive from a customer service standpoint and impressively agile in implementing new features and enhancements.

What do you dislike?

There isn't a ton to dislike about the software, but there are a few refinements and small touches regarding how the moves engine allows for future plans to be created and maintained that I'd like to see. These smaller things are more the cherry on top of an already delicious sundae.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Do your due diligence, of course, and I think you'll find Space IQ has truly disrupted this space by ditching what bogs most space planning solutions down. From how things look to how they function, it's just better.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our processes were outdated and not scalable in regards to managing our maps, space, and teams. As the lead person in charge of space management, SpaceIQ has been saving me approximately 4-8 hours per week by providing solutions for what I used to have to do manually. It has allowed me to focus so much more on getting out in front of and forecasting for the challenges of our growing company as well as finding creative solutions without fighting to technology to get there.

"Makes our life easier!"

What do you like best?

At our large company, we enjoy that spaceIQ provides us an interactive bird's eye view of all our building and floor locations. We are able to easily drag and drop icons rearranging seats.

What do you dislike?

We have no cons with the software based on what we use it for.

They assign very helpful representatives to your account who are available to assist you with what you need.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have several different tiers of the types of people on staff and SpaceIQ plays a great role in helping us keep them all organized by being able to keep track of who's physically on site.

"SpaceIQ saves our new hires SO much time. "

What do you like best?

I love how easy this makes it for new and older employees alike to navigate an office building that has hundreds of meeting rooms. It is also incredible for re-assigning seating charts and finding availability of space for any given group at any given time.

What do you dislike?

It can be difficult to get your bearings at first, but overall was a great user experience.

Use it to keep your company sane.

Overall this has been a huge blessing to us at the office. It saves time and confusion and keeps the office running smoothly on all fronts.

"Great Functionality and Service"

What do you like best?

The flexibility and the support for multiple office buildings is great. The ability to stage changes to seating assignments without losing your current arrangement makes things easy to experiment with. SAML support for single sign on makes accessing everything quick and easy.

What do you dislike?

The way users are provisioned is a little difficult.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With multiple offices, hundreds of conference rooms, and constantly growing teams, being able to quickly find people and places is invaluable. SpaceIQ makes this very easy with both their web application and their mobile application.

"SpaceIQ will make your life easier!"

What do you like best?

The software is a game changer for anyone needing a space management solution! Not only does the platform make it simple to manage your office(s) floor plan it provides insights to help you plan ahead and allows for you to hold hiring managers accountable to keep their teams seating areas up to date without adding a heavy burden to their workload. It's user-friendly and the dashboard and seating floor plans are clean and simple with great detail.

What do you dislike?

There are few downfalls to the software. The customer service is great but it would be great to have more visual resources and outlines about using the software so onboarding others on the software can be quick and efficient.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Do the trial and you won't wonder if you should buy it!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

SpaceIQ has helped us be strategic with space planning and predicting our needs for growth as well as how to use space more effectively. Its also allowed us to empower our hiring managers and department heads in charge of seating and minimized the time spent managing the seating.

"Useful tool for workspace management"

What do you like best?

Live occupancy statistics and the ability to manage one office or an entire portfolio. If you're already familiar with reading floorplans, the software is quite intuitive and easy to learn. I appreciated the company also set up 1:1 time to teach functionality for first-timers. The trainer was super helpful and friendly.

What do you dislike?

I wish there was a little more flexibility for assigning groups vs. individual spaces. The functionality is there but could be improved (ie: drawing a path around a group of desks vs. marquee). Also, your functionality & data accuracy will depend on what other system SpaceIQ is pulling from.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

SpaceIQ has helped us allocate spaces for teams in open office plans. It's a collaborative tool so it's great for transparency and communications.

"Next Generation IWMS Platform"

What do you like best?

Implementation: Very straightforward and short time frame

User Interface: Very easy to understand and use

Analytics: Tremendous depth in reporting and analytics (even had ad hoc)

Mobile app: Great new mobile app that allows employees to engage with the system which makes my job easier

Customer Success: Really made me feel like I was special

What do you dislike?

Nothing to dislike about the product.

We needed a few additional features, and they took our requirements and surprisingly those features made it into the product over the next few months.

"Space IQ rocks!"

What do you like best?

Ease of use, intuitive functionality and icons, variety of reporting and the overall look. I love being able to plan future moves which can be tedious otherwise.

What do you dislike?

I would love to see some additional functionality and integrations like working with Managed by Q for ticketing and being able to draw or add seating that may not be drawn on the floor map plan.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Give it a go. You won't be disappointed!

This is the first kind of software/program that I've used like this, and it's been pretty easy to navigate. Keeping track of seating, space and cost has been essential to support our high growth. I appreciate the customer support and trainings as well!

"So simple yet so useful!"

What do you like best?

Clear, easy UI, super helpful as our company is growing and we're constantly moving desk.

"Intuitive"

What do you like best?

Super intuitive to drag and drop employees and bring to life a floorplan.

What do you dislike?

Just a tad buggy, customer service could be a little stronger, but issues do eventually get resolved.

Facilitating the conversation between the facility manager and business manager. Understanding what our costs are anywhere and everywhere. Understand our teams utilization of space everywhere.

"User-friendly and efficient"

What do you like best?

The software is easy to use and makes it easy to figure out new features. Allows you to map out future needs with move plans, and designate spaces for different purposes. Easy to move employees between spaces.

What do you dislike?

There could be more diversity in space codes--I wish there was an option to create a custom pin or space code instantly.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Space planning for our employees and conference room maps. It's helped us to be more efficient at mapping out moves/reshuffles since we can create move plans and see how everything could look.

I like the ability to quickly and precisely locate people within my corporate building to assist them when needed.

What do you like best?

It really helps us keep track of where everybody is currently sitting as well as plan future moves.

What do you dislike?

When you are dragging an employee from one seat to another across a large floorplan you have to zoom all they way out. It would be nice if the page auto scrolled as you reach the edge of the screen.

I love that once a user is added to the map its easy to do a search and find them.

Sometimes the Admin of Space IQ isn't informed when people move so employees might be in different spot.
