I think the best thing about Hamlet is the fact that it is a membership database, a CRM tool, a billing management solution and is developing to incorporate analytics and marketing insights. It really is a one stop shop for any coworking or serviced office operator. It is easy to use, easy to integrate and has streamlined a lot of processes in our business. Hamlet is a very User friendly system with great customer support.

Hamlet's feature, Enterprise Billing - Has improved efficiencies for our organisation by creating an invoice summary daily, collating revenue by income type to create one summary revenue invoice per day. This saves thousands of individual invoices being created in our accounting system and therefore, enabling our organisation to use a software such like Xero, alleviating the issue of volume limitations.
