**What do you like best about Hamlet?**

I think the best thing about Hamlet is the fact that it is a membership database, a CRM tool, a billing management solution and is developing to incorporate analytics and marketing insights. It really is a one stop shop for any coworking or serviced office operator. It is easy to use, easy to integrate and has streamlined a lot of processes in our business.

**What do you dislike about Hamlet?**

The only downside is that we didn't use it sooner.

**What problems is Hamlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Hamlet, we are able to have all the functions of different platforms rolled into one. We no longer need to have a different CRM tool or member database. Additionally, it will soon integrate with our access control system and our IT infrastructure.

**What do you like best about Hamlet?**

Having all locations in one place and being able to see all information. easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Hamlet?**

I feel like once an update has happened or something new has been released, we then have problems with things that have been around for a while. Takes a really long time for lodged problems to be fixed.

**What problems is Hamlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems I have raised have still not been fixed. Re - Notifications not going away once you have selected read all or notifications showing up at all. Multiple times I have raised that when I have a support reply email, the link does not take me to the profile, instead, I have to search that member and manually go into their profile.

**What do you like best about Hamlet?**

My favourite thing about Hamlet is how easy it is to use. Everything from onboarding new members to making bookings is super straightforward, which makes our day run so much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Hamlet?**

I'd say the reporting side can feel a bit complex or overwhelming at times. That said, it’s clear that this area is constantly being worked on to make this it more user-friendly, and it’s definitely becoming more straightforward over time.

**What problems is Hamlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hamlet keeps everything in one place, so we’re not wasting time jumping between different systems. It just makes our workflow smoother and more organised.

**What do you like best about Hamlet?**

Hamlet is a very User friendly system with great customer support.
Hamlet's feature, Enterprise Billing - Has improved efficiencies for our organisation by creating an invoice summary daily, collating revenue by income type to create one summary revenue invoice per day. This saves thousands of individual invoices being created in our accounting system and therefore, enabling our organisation to use a software such like Xero, alleviating the issue of volume limitations.

**What do you dislike about Hamlet?**

Currently would like to see a better custom reporting tool to analyse or extract data on an ad-hoc basis, which I'm sure will come in time !

**What problems is Hamlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

'Time Management' in streamlining our 'Member' onboarding and purchasing process of our services for our members. Also making the billing process easy, saving a lot of time in manual processing in our business.

**What do you dislike about Hamlet?**

Nothing that I dislike, other than waiting for fun new features to be added to the platform - there is always something around the corner that is better and makes things more convenient or easy!

**What problems is Hamlet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A lot of problems but primarily it combines several different platforms that all do different things - a member database, a CRM, a reporting tool, a billing platform, a member communication tool. Having everything in one and only needing to train our staff on one platform is so great!

Great, customizable CRM solution for growing businesses. Great API integration with instant messaging platforms and effective reporting

I’ve seen Hamlet from the initial implementation and have to admit any issues or suggestions has been reviewed or improved

From a simple sign up process, user management, room bookings, rostering to secure payment taking and invoicing and reporting

**What do you like best about Hamlet?**

Hamlet is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive — everything makes sense and is easy to navigate. From a training perspective, it’s a breeze to teach our staff how to use it. Having worked with other CRM platforms that felt like you needed a degree to understand, Hamlet is a refreshing change.

The system occasionally experiences bugs, however, the Hamlet team is always extremely helpful and quick to respond with effective solutions.

It creates a seamless process for onboarding members, managing their billing, and handling offboarding—all in one place.

Hamlet is simple and easy to use. We run a portfolio of 33 locations.

The reporting detail needs more work however we hear that should be coming soon.

Changes to the platform can cause bugs, however this is to be expected and the Hamlet Support team always fix it.

Enterprise billing integration has helped our business grow, simplifying our invoicing of a larger customer base.

It is still developing so there are sometimes errors or things not yet built
