The Calendar integration has been really terrible for me on the support side. Sometimes I had an email address, and it doesn't appear. Or it does appear and I cannot associate with a space. The platform is very easy to use, I need to use it on a regular basis as admin and seldom encounter issues, it's easy to navigate and works well. I encountered a situation where I couldn't edit something I needed and after finally deciding to reach out about this issue, I received a quick reply from Wayne who had fixed my problem- extremely helpful and appreciated and on top of that he was very kind, professional and thorough with his reply. The only thing that comes to mind is some features aren't obvious to find unless you are very familiar. There are small inconveniences linked to those, such as the inability to easily edit certain small things, or having to do them one by one when it's a series or to find specific information... Perhaps there's been a user guide document sent out once back before I started- no idea! I know the app sometimes has issues but I do not use it. SIQ is the best application to look at my office floor's space layout. It is pretty neat and understandable. It is easy to follow directions and find someone's desk or room on the floor. What problems is Eptura Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you? SiQ just deployed the new Booking Manager role. That was a request I submitted a little less than a year ago. This new role has allowed me to eliminate individuals from being assigned the PowerAdmin role to simply be able to book a desk or office for someone else. SIQ is a great platform for growing organizations. It comes in handy during these post-covid hybrid business models. We use it for our sitting arrangements. With its self explanatory user interface, I can book my desired work seat in the office space whenever I wish to go to the office. It provides all the stats/graphical view of the entire office building, the location of different departments and the conference rooms available on any floor. Prior to SIQ, securing a vacant seat in the office was always a hard nut to crack since it is difficult to completely how many employees would be coming to the office at any particular point of time. The only option at that point was to get in touch with the admin team to ensure that, but now post start using SIQ, things have simplified much. We can track the live status of the seats available in the office and can plan our visit accordingly. There have been times in the past that I have been confused by the automated emails that are sent out after I've booked a desk on SiQ. This may just be how we've set it up.
