"Manage IFRS 16 with Tririga"
4/5
What do you like best about IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities (formerly IBM TRIRIGA)?

Tririga was excellent for managing the property portfolio from a tenant and an accounting perspective. The organisation had over 2900 properties leased with a vast range of agreements globally and these were all handled within the tool. The tool was easy to use. It enabled us to remove the large number of spreadsheets we used and replace them with one tool. It meant all reporting for the global property portfolio was all held in one location which drastically cut down processing and reporting. It was easy to train the staff on the tool and we introduced some new roles to manage the process from end to end - i.e. the loading of leases to the final accounting calculations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities (formerly IBM TRIRIGA)?

We had challenges initially with reporting but with support from IBM and our consultants there issued were worked out. We only found upsides compared to downsides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The pop up boxes that appear each time you check you navigate to another area. It would be better to remove shift to the new area without creating a new window each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The absolute "get your stuff done" product for facilities management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities (formerly IBM TRIRIGA)?

Tririga has the ability to craft multiple workflows based on sub-groups/departments. This way various teams running multiple tasks like HVAC, carpentry, plumbing etc would have the ability to create custom workflows that also gives them the ability to track the cost back to those respective groups Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities (formerly IBM TRIRIGA)?

It would be good to have a stronger analytics features especially in terms of predictive maintenance based on potential failure points. I would also like to see elements of visual design can give it a significant leap in terms of space optimization in offices where there could be hoteling Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
