What I like most about AssetWorks is the comprehensive modules that cover various aspects of asset management. Whether it's fleet management, fuel tracking or GPS tracking, they have all the tools I need in one place. By providing a central platform to effectively manage all of our assets, I save time and effort. Additionally, their software integrates seamlessly with our existing systems, making data integration and analysis much easier. Overall, AssetWorks has significantly improved our asset management processes and has become an invaluable tool for our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I don't like about AssetWorks is the learning curve involved in using their software. When we started implementation, it took some time and effort to fully understand all the features and functionality. The initial training and documentation helped, but I wish the software was more intuitive and easy to use, especially for new users. I very much appreciate the excellent organization provided by AssetWorks, and we can easily register all the assets for the building and add all their information, as well as download all documents related to them, such as contracts, invoices, purchase orders, catalogs, etc. It's also great that we can easily make updates.
