What do you like best about Spaceti?

We implemented Spaceti in mid-2025, and I have been very pleased with it. We use it to reserve desks, cars, and survey kits, and I find the interface to be clean and modern. Our end users were able to set up the app on their smartphones with minimal or no help from the IT department. Integrating Spaceti's SSO with our Entra ID was also straightforward. Through the app, users can report any issues within the building, even for spaces shown on the map that aren't licensed in the system, such as restrooms. The analytics package is quite comprehensive, providing insights into Booking Counts, Booking Utilization, Booking Hourly Occupancy, and Booking Daily Occupancy. We also have Kaiterra Air Quality sensors installed throughout the office, and their data is displayed within the Spaceti system as well. The system is used daily with very few issues reported by end users. Spaceti's customer support has been excellent—if any problems arise, they are quick to address them. Interacting with Spaceti employees is easy and pleasant. Overall, the Spaceti system is robust and definitely worth considering for your office booking needs. What do you like best about Spaceti?

Very user friendly interface and an amazing AI based data analysing tool to create within seconds meaningfull reports on the usage of our office and helping us to improve the Productivty of our Space & People.

Without Spaceti, this tasks would hardly be possible or would cost a fortune.

For larger organisations, Spaceti is a game changer how they can now operate offices efficiently.

What do you like best about Spaceti?

Spaceti's platform provides practical real-time visibility through its live map feature. During my consulting work with an insurance company client, this function eliminated the need for physical space checks, allowing for efficient monitoring of office occupancy patterns throughout the day.

The standard occupancy reporting delivers functional data that serves as a reasonable foundation for space utilization recommendations. The metrics offer sufficient evidence to inform basic space planning decisions.

The AI assistant component adds some value by generating charts and analysis on demand. This feature reduces manual data processing time and produces presentation-ready visualizations that adequately communicate findings to stakeholders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spaceti?

The reporting functionality could benefit from more customization options. When faced with specific client requests or unique business questions, the platform's current reporting structure can be a bit limiting to work with.

My client deployed Spaceti for an unassigned, open-plan space. As a result, some of the default metrics didn't apply directly. The team was super helpful to make it all work in the end. I'm not sure if it was due to the customization of metrics that maybe limited the analysis of some usage patterns. For instance, it would be great to have analysis on passive utilization/"signs of life" in addition to utilization and occupancy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spaceti?

The Speceti team installed all of the sensors. They were professional and explained the process in an easy to understand way, not just to the IT/Ops team, but also to interested workers that saw them in the office.

It was easy to set up an account to view the data gathered in the application portal. The portal was easy to navigate and the engineers from Spaceti met with us frequently to make sure we were getting the information we wanted to receive throughout the project. The team was great to work with, and the sensors gather an incredible amount of data from office space usage to the environment quality of the office air. This comes at a price. Using the sensors and portal for a long term deployment was not possible for us due to the cost. I was extremely happy with the point in time data that we gathered for a short term deployment.
