It obstructs how small companies like mine operate. The initial cost of setup is a little high. It’s not worth the investment. The user interface and experience uses some improvements. **What do you dislike about incuTrackTM?** The drawback is that there are a reports and the support team is not always available to customize and provide assistance. There are aspects to incuTrackTM there are a disappointing factors that Ive noticed. The system seems to have options for monitoring expenses and rental payments compared to available alternatives in the market. **What problems is incuTrackTM solving and how is that benefiting you?** I had hoped for supply chain logistics and monitoring capabilities to manage costs and optimize distribution. incuTrackTM has its own disadvantages it is not be the most comprehensive solution when it comes to monitoring and managing business operations. Its such a user efficient tool for tracking and managing projects. The initial cost was a bit high the features it provides definitely justify the investment. The interface need some improvements to keep up with competitors. **What do you dislike about incuTrackTM?** There are an aspects of incuTrackTM that I find disappointing. Firstly it lacks options for tracking expenses and rent whichre crucial for financial management. When compared to products in the market incuTrackTM falls behind in terms of supply chain logistics and tracking capabilities. **What problems is incuTrackTM solving and how is that benefiting you?** The performance dashboard is promoted as a tool it lacks analytics and customization options limiting its accuracy, in monitoring individual and company performance. incuTrack is still a tool that is not able to benefits incubation projects. Our staff found the system simple to use and the reporting features are comprehensive. The biggest advantage of incuTrackTM is that it saves us time and money for our sponsors who have easy access to all the data they need to understand our operations. **What do you dislike about incuTrackTM?** It's quite expensive tool for small companies. Very high setup cost may scare off from buying this tool. **What problems is incuTrackTM solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been with incuTrackTM for over 2 years now and can say firsthand that they are comprehensive and feature-rich. I have used their system as a business incubator myself, and found it to be invaluable to my operation.
