Easy-to-use seat & meeting room availability tool
For me, the main benefit of the Spaceti app is being able to see which seats or meeting rooms are available. It makes it quick to spot where it’s crowded versus where there’s more space, which is really useful day to day. The app is also easy to use and largely self-explanatory, and I think that matters a lot when rolling out this kind of tool across an organization. Implementation has been fairly straightforward as well, and the Spaceti team has been very helpful during onboarding and with ongoing support afterward.

Great Support, User-Friendly UI, and Microsoft Outlook & Entra ID Integration
The customer and technical support was excellent, always on point and consistently timely. The individuals who worked with us during implementation were great to work with and very helpful throughout the process. The UI/UX was user-friendly and solid overall. It also has integrations with Microsoft Outlook and Entra ID, which allows our scheduled meetings from Teams/Outlook to sync to SpaceTi and keeps SpaceTi synced with our Microsoft Entra ID. I also like that we can utilize a kiosk mode of SpaceTi on a device like a touchscreen TV in a lobby, where visitors or even staff members can easily book their spaces as well.

SpaceTi is small company that has found a balance of moving quickly but creating thought out solutions. The quick responsivness by email and phone is a breathe of fresh air compared to other vendors. I am excited to see what their solution can do for our company going forward.
