**What do you like best about Clebex?**

We’ve been using this room booking software for some time now, and we’re genuinely impressed. The system is incredibly fast – whether it’s loading calendars, booking rooms, or managing multiple users at once, everything runs smoothly with no delays.

What we really appreciate is the comprehensive feature set. Whether it’s simple bookings, recurring appointments, or managing multiple rooms at once – everything is possible and intuitively designed.

A true highlight is the integration with Microsoft Graph API. Syncing with Outlook works flawlessly, and our IT team was able to build custom processes and automations around the API with minimal effort. It’s a dream for developers.

The permission management, real-time reporting, and the ability to use the system across multiple locations also continue to impress us.

In short: a modern, well-thought-out solution that has greatly simplified our office operations.
We can recommend this software without hesitation.

Problem of efficient resource management and right usage of resources within company, as well as the problem of tracking and managing visitors in the company is solved by using Clebex.

**What do you like best about Clebex?**

We manage complex bookings with modular rooms in a so easy way!
We implemented advanced booking rules for different types of bookings and different types of users 
We can now control very complex bookings, and the system handles the requests and automatically sets up the different configuration requests for our FM team.
Users need no training as everything happens on Outlook silently

**What do you dislike about Clebex?**

it took us a long time to find CLEBEX! They should make more in marketing to be more visible

**What problems is Clebex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we manage very complex bookings of rooms , in total 24 Rooms that can be linked to each other 

Room A + Room B merged into Room A+ B , this with 24 rooms all together.
everything booked over Outlook or mobile phone
We implemented advanced booking rules and priority bookings 
we visualize the bookings and rooms in 5D maps, and we display the bookings in real time on room screens

**What do you like best about Clebex?**

i like the modern interface and the extensive APIs support, I like the fact that is hardware agnostic, so i was able to keep my old screens. I love the powerful visitor and access management capabilities

**What do you dislike about Clebex?**

None, I don't find any issue.Everything gone well.

**What problems is Clebex solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing Clebex we used a different software that was still EWS services to sync our calendar data to Exchange. 
We had massive problems with data out of sync, unhappy end users, conflicts and a volatile environment. 
Also, to mention that thanks Clebex we could stop using the old visitor management tool. Clebex uses a much more clever way to sync data from and to Exchange and comes along with fully implemented visitor management. One means to cover multiple challanges.
We implemented advanced booking rules ina very easy way and we are able now to manage our resources in a really smart way.

**What do you like best about Clebex?**

A very easy to use interface and instaneous synchronisation with Outlook. Great immersive maps make it easy to find a desk. Having a single application for all the booking needs is really helpfull. Defining business rules for my team really makes my life easier.

**What do you dislike about Clebex?**

Still did not found any issues with the Clebex application at this point.

Room and desk booking. Visitor management. Outlook integration with an add-in.

Scheduling my week used to be a pain until we started with Clebex. Now I can book my favourite resources with just one click and i'm done.

It took our management team too long to make the decision to switch from the clunky solution we were using before.
