I find Divi's capabilities lacking in the eCommerce domain, where there's not much happening that could benefit from improvement. The contact form feature is also not perfect, specifically its integration with reCAPTCHA, which could be improved to provide a better user experience. There is also issue with the caching sometimes. Additionally, there are sometimes issues with portability, especially when moving from one domain to another, which can be problematic. I have been using Divi for years, this builder is easy to learn to use it, and if there's something you don't know, the support team always responds quickly. Not every software is perfect, sometimes the builder can slow down while you are building the page, Elegant Themes has improved that with frequent updates and websites tend to load faster now.
