**What do you like best about Snap Schedule 365?**

It often includes tools to help ensure compliance with labor laws, helping businesses avoid scheduling conflicts and potential legal issues. Employee Availability, cloud base and time off management also a good futures.

**What do you dislike about Snap Schedule 365?**

certain customization options were limited, and they couldn't tailor the software to their specific industry

Snap Schedule 365 facilitates the management of time-off requests, making it easier.

**What do you like best about Snap Schedule 365?**

Snap schedule 365  has made it easy to schedule employees as well as tasks from anywhere and share the schedule with employees. Especially with so many employees working remotely now they can login from anywhere to view schedules, punch in or out, and request time off. It ensures there is coverage when needed.

**What do you dislike about Snap Schedule 365?**

The only downside is that the payroll and cost reports could be more customizable so they can be tailored to our specific business. Also there should be more options for employee status besides just active or inactive. Perhaps contractor, terminated, seasonal.

**What problems is Snap Schedule 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With older programs the employees had to be onsite to view the schedule or input hours/request off etc. This program allows employees and managers access from anywhere on almost any device.

It can work a bit on the after sale support otherwise its amazing

Its helps create a sense of responsibility among the employees and saves huge amount of enterprise resources involved in human resources process. It helps automate the process of maintaining attendance and keeping tracks of employees ongoing schedule and work in hands. It also helps allocate or relocate resources as per requirements and helps achieve efficiency
