The When I Work app is free to download and allows for mobile scheduling and time clock application available on iOS and Android for both managers and employees.

For employees, the app shows their upcoming schedule, clock in and out, request time off, swap or pick up shifts, and message their manager or coworkers. Clock-in can be geo-restricted and time-restricted so employees can only clock in when they're physically at the job location and within their scheduled shift time

For managers, the app shows a real-time view of who's scheduled, who's clocked in, and who's running late. Managers can build and publish schedules, approve shift swap requests, respond to time-off requests, and message the team.

The same account works across desktop and mobile — schedule changes made on a computer update instantly on employees' phones.
