I really like how When I Work makes scheduling easier with the shift blocking, and I no longer have to deal with handwritten schedules. Dealing with days off requests has become much simpler too. Plus, the notifications for shift changes or when people request days off are super prompt, almost immediate. Shift blocking is a little bit different since the last time I used it. They need to go back to the drop and drag. The shift blocking when you go to switch a person's name on the shift, you used to be able to do that anymore. There's added steps instead of dropping and dragging.
