We started out using the timesheets and clock-in/clock-out features for a while. Recently, we upgraded to the full HR all-in-one platform, and the experience has been great - both the implementation and the customer support throughout the process.

Brittany has been fantastic from start to finish during the Onboarding and Implementation. She’s patient, shares helpful insights, and always responds quickly. Joseph has worked with us since the beginning, when we were first curious about expanding the functionality of Workforce, and he’s consistently available whenever we need him.

I also really like the built-in AI tools- from turning our current PDF forms into dynamic forms, to being able to ask questions instead of digging around for resources to guide me.
