What do you like best about OnShift?

Once I became familiarized with the program, it was fairly easy to use. The app on the phone for employees to use is also easy once everyone had received the training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OnShift?

What I dislike is the character limit on the messaging portion to send out to employees. It is limited to 140 characters. It would be nice if it was increased to 280 characters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OnShift solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is easy to look at the big picture with OnShift. A lot of my questions can be answered by just a few simple clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
