What I like best about Viventium Software is how easy it is to use and how well it understands the unique needs of our industry. It takes the stress out of payroll, HR, and compliance by making everything feel simple and organized. The platform is intuitive, and the features—like automated reminders, real-time reporting, and employee self service truly save us time and reduce errors. One thing I dislike about Viventium Software is that some features can feel a bit limited or take time to learn initially. Occasionally, navigating certain settings or finding specific reports isn’t as intuitive as I’d like. However, their support team is helpful and usually resolves issues quickly. As we work with HHA it is best to use bulk Data source like 6000 data points in one go also I suppose its capabilities are much more than that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The reporting tools are not very user intuitive, it needs an overhaul. And the ability to save the report type for everyone to use instead of the person creating the report.

Report builder is a very good feature of VIVENTIUM, but when I tried to get the value of number of generated paycheck for a certain week I didn't get the exact value of paychecks. If VIVENTIUM can solve that issue, it will be helpful for clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using Viventium is super easy and intuitive, helping our company process payroll, onboard new hires, and track important HR data. The implementation process was amazing, getting us up and running in only 2 weeks. Their team uploaded all of our employee and company data, taught us how to run the software, then was there to support our use anytime we needed assistance. Just today I had a question about a payroll issue and was walked through how to correct it over the phone by a very knowledgeable customer service rep.

Viventium allows our employees to update their personal and tax data, view accrued and request use of sick time, see all pay stubs and W2s in a very handy app. One of the features that really sold our business on Viventium is the quality of data that is put onto the paystubs. Previous payroll vendors' software generated pay stubs that our employees constantly had questions about; Viventium's stubs show not just hours and rates, but lists each shift idividually, with date, HIPAA compliant client name, time in and out of shift, length of shift, rate paid and total paid for that shift. It has significantly cut down on the questions employees have about their pay, which certainly lends to an overall higher employee satisfaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
