And the ability to save the report type for everyone to use instead of the person creating the report. Since I work in payroll, I often have to handle things like multiple pay rates, shift differentials, and live-in caregiver pay. The implementation process was amazing, getting us up and running in only 2 weeks. Their team uploaded all of our employee and company data, taught us how to run the software, then was there to support our use anytime we needed assistance. Just today I had a question about a payroll issue and was walked through how to correct it over the phone by a very knowledgeable customer service rep. Viventium allows our employees to update their personal and tax data, view accrued and request use of sick time, see all pay stubs and W2s in a very handy app. One of the features that really sold our business on Viventium is the quality of data that is put onto the paystubs. Previous payroll vendors' software generated pay stubs that our employees constantly had questions about; Viventium's stubs show not just hours and rates, but lists each shift idividually, with date, HIPAA compliant client name, time in and out of shift, length of shift, rate paid and total paid for that shift. It has significantly cut down on the questions employees have about their pay, which certainly lends to an overall higher employee satisfaction. **What do you dislike about Viventium Software?** I do not have any strong dislikes about Viventium's software, which is why we continue to use it. **What problems is Viventium Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Viventium's pay stubs clearly show employee's pay information, which has significantly cut down on the pay questions that were all too frequent with previous payroll software. ### 7. They will get stuck and can't complete the forms. It may primarily be a user error, though. We want to be able to message our employees directly through the ESS portal, but there doesn't seem to be a way to do that. The software is easy to use and whenever I have questions, there customer service team is outstanding. Only once did they not have the anwer at hand, but responded same day with an answer. I highly recomment. **What do you dislike about Viventium Software?** At one point, they did appear to have a labor shortage, so it took longer to get help, but that definitely seems to be long since resolved. **What problems is Viventium Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** They make it easy to get all of my payroll taxes reported and filed easily. Excellent Payroll Software for home care agencies **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Eric T. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2023 **What do you like best about Viventium Software?** What I like most about Viventium is the accuracy of the calculations from Wage Parity Benefits to payroll taxes. The previous payroll system we used was not calculating taxes correctly and every year we would get calls from employees about the taxes not being taken out correctly and them owing to the IRS. This system uses their home address and pairs it with their address on the NYS department of finance address lookup to accurately determine their tax liability. One of the upsides is that it is superfast to learn and process payroll. I went from taking 4 hours to do payroll for 1700 employees to 30 minutes. **What do you dislike about Viventium Software?** Only downside I would say is sometime we experience glithces with the onboarding module in Viventium. A few employees have reached out about not being able to proceed through the hiring process when they reach some pages however, we have the ability to skip that process for them to let them progress. Still working out the glitches as we are constanlty updating our hire packets so it is some error on our part. **What problems is Viventium Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps speeds up the time I take to process payroll for 1700 employees. Also gives them accurate breakdown of the hours and days they were paid for which we did not have with prior payroll software. ### 32. The onboarding package saves me 3-4 hours a week easily. The system is customizable and I was able to set up my onboarding to get exactly what I need from my new hires. Employees have access to all their data on the app so they can get their W-2, see and request vacation time, update direct deposit, review pay stubs, etc. We don't have to field those requests anymore. **What do you dislike about Viventium Software?** I wish some of the bigger systems that I use in the homecare space were able to integrate with Viventium. Viventium continues to expand the number of partners that integrate though. **What problems is Viventium Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** They allow new employees to do all their "paperwork" online. We don't use paper at all anymore. Everything is stored in their Viventium file in a compliant way so we know we are protected and the data is easy for us to access or add documents to. It solves for employee access to all their payroll and HR data so they don't have to ask us anymore. ### 35.
