I like that I can be signed up to many businesses and employers in the one app. The layout is very clear! No direct integration with payroll or HR systems, since Deputy doesn’t sync with Paycom, it requires extra steps to make sure hours and pay align — not a dealbreaker, just one added layer of work. To further explain my dislike of the dual-system inconvenience, it can be a little frustrating having to use both Paycom and Deputy since the two systems don’t sync.
