We use it for several intake use cases in our legal department. The tool makes it easy for our business colleagues to access the status of all requests they submit to our department. TAP workflows are highly customizable & configurable and the tool is ideal for agile & quick implementations. The workflow owners can easily create and modify validations, email notifications, etc. **What do you dislike about Mitratech TAP Workflow Automation?** The user interface is not as modern & intuitive as some startups. Also, I believe that reporting and AI modules don't come with our base module but can be purchased as additional modules. Complex reporting requires exporting the data into a datawarehouse or third party reporting tool for deeper analysis. **What problems is Mitratech TAP Workflow Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us manage track and manage CLAs for large volume of matters/intake requests from the business in our legal department. ### 2.
