It tends to freeze if you have too many other applications open, which often results in loss of information. **Recommendations to others considering Pulsar for Salesforce:** It is the best app of its kind at the moment - but time consuming (can take up to 20 minutes to sync) - so make sure to close out as many other applications as you can while using to avoid freezing and speed up process. **What problems is Pulsar for Salesforce solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pulsar for Salesforce is extremely useful for helping log calls - both internally and with our clients - which is efficent in tracking data and huge time saver ### 2.
