MoveSpring is very user friendly, customer support is always helpful, and there is a wide variety of challenges. The Explore tab and the new monthly personal goal is the best addition to MoveSpring. The topics and articles offered in the Explore tab go hand in hand with the health topics we cover in our Healthy City, USA initiative so we're giving our users what they want to see. Since the update, it's been hard getting used to the main tabs on the left side of the screen. I'm so used to them up top. I also don't like that the 'Announcements' tab changed to 'Campaigns'. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MoveSpring is very user friendly. The step challenge in particular provides friendly competition among co-workers and helps us get our mind off work. It incentizes us to get outside and get our steps in with awards at the end as well. MoveSpring provided an amazing envronment where we could demonstrate teamwork and comradery outside of the workplace. I really enjoyed wokring with Jaclyn Ricchio. She was always super responsive and sooooo friendly. She helped me so much throughout the set up process and made everything as seamless as possible for me and my team. The set up was easy and if I ran into any issue, Jaclyn responded super quick. She really cared about the success of the step challenge and wanted only the best outcomes. She set time aside from her day to get on calls with me to make sure everything was going well. My company has been using MoveSpring for a few years now and we love it. Nicely laid out app. Fairly user friendly for the users. Was easy to use if you device synched but if you didn't have a synching devise, like myself, it was kinda a pain to remember to add the steps but it wasn't difficult. Customer support was good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cost for access to the platform felt steep when you have to pay an additional cost to use said platform. Additionally, the way it was described for the Group Race feature it felt misleading. I had to completely customize every check point along the way when I thought it was already done. I spent an entire day doing that. Meanwhile we spent over a grand to utilize this platform. There are certain health apps that automatically convert all activity as steps (Gramin is one example), so there are some discrepancies between the mileage and steps of certain participants that also cycle, swim, or complete other activities. Some suggestions for improvement would be to have the ability to edit the conversion activities available for employees within the integration set up phase.
