Ramp is especially helpful because it removes much of the friction and guesswork from expense management. The platform provides real-time visibility into spending, making it far easier to track budgets without having to wait for month-end reports. It also reduces the administrative burden: approvals, receipts, and categorization are largely automated, which saves time and cuts down on back-and-forth.

What stands out most to me is the control layer. You can set clear spending limits and policies upfront, which helps prevent unnecessary or non-compliant spending before it happens, instead of trying to fix issues after the fact. That shift from reactive oversight to proactive control is a major operational advantage.

I haven’t encountered any major issues with Ramp so far, and overall it’s been smooth and easy to use.

I love Ramp's user interface; there's just something about it. I've used many financial technology platforms, and I find Ramp's auto matching feature particularly impressive. It matches receipts in my email inbox to specific expenses, which is fantastic. I love how easy it is to submit reimbursements and I just love how simple the platform is. Everything about it is much better than all the other platforms I've ever used for this purpose. I would like an integration with my personal email inbox so that if I'm using a personal account, like my Amazon account, with my corporate card, it can pull that receipt as well, so I don't have to manually upload it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
