The platform is very user-friendly, and the mileage reimbursement feature has been especially helpful. Being able to track my drive time and mileage with the push of a button makes the process simple, accurate, and efficient. It has saved me a great deal of time compared to manual tracking methods. It would be helpful to have a larger notes field where users can add more context about their travel, such as the names of the locations they traveled from and to, rather than only listing the addresses. Instead of manually tracking miles, keeping paper receipts, or trying to remember travel details later, everything can be logged quickly and efficiently in one place. Ramp is very intuitive and easy to use. Submitting and tracking expenses is quick and straightforward, which makes it really convenient for day-to-day use. What do you dislike about Ramp? One limitation is that not all Latin American countries are supported. For example, Peru isn’t currently included, even though there are employees based there. In practice, this creates extra friction, since reimbursements sometimes require workarounds like using accounts in other countries. Ramp is cost efficient, easy to use and connects with my accounting system which makes all the transactions sync. It just makes sense to use Ramp to help your company build and grow. I use Ramp for managing all AP bills, credit card transactions, and employee reimbursements, and it helps us easily track and manage all expenses. I really like how easy the platform is to navigate, especially for non-accounting employees, as it allows them to solve things on their own without having to come directly to finance with questions. I don't like the reporting. There could be easier ways to export some of the bill data. When I go to export from the bill pay overview tab, sometimes the columns are not on the Excel report. I really like that Ramp is very user-friendly and intuitive. It always seems to be releasing updates to make the software even more efficient and easier to use, which I greatly appreciate. I also like using the policies feature in Ramp, because it allows setting up automations for certain transactions in specific departments while also controlling spending limits. This is probably the best part of it. Additionally, the intuitive side of it constantly learns from new transactions and tries to make recommendations and automations as much as possible... It's usually pretty spot on. The full implementation of Ramp was pretty seamless and easy for us, which is also very nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Ramp? I would say some of the integration side of it. At times department names and some of the locations tend to get a little bit off. It's because of the way it feeds back to NetSuite. When it comes to recognizing a naming convention for a location, department, or even a vendor with slight differences in the name or verbiage, it could be more intuitive in it's process.
