Ramp interface is so intuitive, very easy to use and find what you need. I am unsure of the cost but I know we always get a good deal on things and this has been a great platform, just the simplicity of getting done what is needed quickly with very little training. I love how Ramp is super easy to use, and the text feature makes everything convenient. The automation is fantastic as it auto-generates receipts, which saves me heaps of time. I appreciate not needing to keep physical receipts since I can simply text pictures and get memos and cost codes generated automatically. The digital card feature is a big plus; the ability to copy and paste card information online is much more efficient than typing each number. I'd like to be able to look at the history of my approvals and maybe, like, if I approve something too quickly to be able to go back and change that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Ramp for all business-related purchases and find it very user-friendly. I love the text message feature because I can easily upload receipts immediately after purchase. Ramp sends me a text message prompt, saving me time and energy. There was one situation where my card was stolen and used for unauthorized purchasing. The app still required me to upload a receipt, though I did not have one due to the situation. Maybe if there was a way to flag a purchase as unauthorized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was able to provision my Ramp card in Apple Wallet very quickly. That meant I could travel for work immediately after joining a new company and pay right away with Apple Pay, without having to file for reimbursement. I love everything about Ramp, and I use it daily. They’re constantly upgrading the platform and making improvements, and it’s very user-friendly. This past year we have moved from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks On-line and I did have a few hiccups between QB On-line and Ramp (mostly user error), but those issues were quickly resolved. We recently starting using the reimbursement feature in Ramp for mileage and out-of-pocket expenses. I love this feature as I can go in and review submissions and send comments from that particular entry to users if I have any questions regarding it. I love that I can send reminders with just a click, too. I recommend it to everyone. Our staff love using Ramp for both credit card transactions and reimbursements. The only downside for me is that there aren’t individual statements. I can download charges for individual users within the statement date range, but it’s a little time-consuming.

Sometimes my exports fail when importing into QuickBooks. I’m not exactly sure why, but I did talk to a Ramp rep about it, and they said it was an issue they were working on. This issue has since been resolved.

I also don’t like that I’m unable to sync any kind of documentation for mileage reimbursement. I have to take a screenshot and attach it to the mileage reimbursement entry, and I need that documentation for our audit. It’s a minor inconvenience overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it is the easiest expense management tool I have ever used. You will never need to do a spreadsheet again using this. It basically tracks your purchases through texting. It's really that easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how Ramp makes business expense claims less troublesome by providing proof of purchases easily. It's great that I can just take photos of my receipts, which saves a lot of time. Using the virtual card is really convenient for making payments and what's even better is the seamless integration with my Google Wallet, allowing me to choose the right card and make easy payments.
