I appreciate how simple it is to manage expenses and monitor spending in relation to the budget.

Certain receipts do not automatically load onto Ramp.

Ramp makes it easy for me to handle company purchases, as I no longer have to stress about tracking down receipts when it's time to submit expense reports.

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

Ramp makes it easy to record and manage expenses while I'm on the go via SMS. I love how Ramp texts me after I use my card, prompting me to upload a receipt and then providing a reason for the transaction. I love how they suggest transaction reasons and allow me to provide my own. What might normally take minutes per transaction after the fact (ie: taking photos of my receipts, recording the date, time, and purpose, manually uploading the receipts via web, etc) now takes seconds.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

I'd love the ability to verify or edit transaction amounts via SMS. A challenge I've run into while traveling for work is that at certain restaurants, my Ramp card is charged before I add the tip. This means that when I receive an SMS message for the transaction, it does not include the full amount after tip. I wish I could edit the transaction to include the tip since the receipt actually matches the amount plus tip (not the lower amount)

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Expense and travel management on the go; logging expenses in seconds right after I've completed a transaction vs. days/weeks afterwards when I may have forgotten about the transactions, lost receipts, etc

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

We've been using Ramp since the beginning of 2023. It is, by far, the most intuitive user-friendly business software I've ever used. Our staff submit their receipts for credit card purchases in a very timely fashion. Even our less technically attuned team members find it easy to complete what can otherwise be a tedious process. The bill pay module has been an absolute game changer for us and our vendors couldn't be happier!

No downsides yet! We are updating our internal processes in order to take full advantage of Ramp's features.

Streamlining both our credit card management and accounts payable processes.

Its super easy to use.  Both desktop and app are very intuitive.

I really cant think of anything...Well, I had to replace my card once and our company shredder didnt like the card, lol.

The software itself is extremely user friendly. 
1. It integrates with my work email so when a receipt is sent to me, it automatically pulls it and applies it properly. 
2. It has friendly reminders if I forget to add a receipt - keeps me on track. 
3. Integrates extremely well with Quick Books - making it a much easier record method for our bookkeeper and accountant. 
4. Customer service is fast response and quick to solve any problems or answer any questions.

Cannot speak highly enough of this card and company.

Nothing - well would be nice if we could airline miles!

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

Does all the basic things fine...barely.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

- Want to bulk update "Locations" for transactions? Good luck...not possible. You have to update each transaction one by one in Ramp.

- Do you have monthly recurring transactions for the SAME amount from the SAME vendor EVERY month? Think Ramp would use a touch of AI to automatically set the location after you set it to the same value EVERY month for the last 100 months? Nope...keep setting it manually.

- Did Ramp lock your card because it thought the transaction was suspicious? That's ok, you can respond to the text it sent you to have it unlock the card. Oh wait, just kidding, you have to log into Ramp, see no notification your card is still locked, and find the completely tiny icon to manually unlock it. Every time.

- Doesn't connect with Google Workspace accounts that have multiple domains (wild) to automatically pull receipts from email, we have to forward every single one.

The ease of doing what has to be done. We can't choose to do our expenses, but we can choose how simple we make it on ourselves.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

There is not a solution for a personal account. This would make people enjoy capturing their spend. If you need help please let me know.

Having to organize expenses in a way that allows the users to understand and manage spend. Touching every aspect of spend in a business and making it easy to capture and after that being able to show you how you can do better.

Very easy to use even when on the go! I travel a lot and about to upload my receipts with such ease.

I don't know that I have anything that I dislike so far.

By sending small reminders that have been set up by my employer, I am able to investigate or respond in a reasonable time frame. Not having to carry receipts or lose them before I get back to my office from a trip. Less paper

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

It's incredibly easy to upload a receipt on the fly and wrap up all my expenses on the spot. I've never had a full trip and all the rides/meals take more than 5 minutes from start to finish. Before RAMP, I hated every system I'd ever tried to use so much that I've easily swallowed over $100K of expenses during my career just to avoid the paperwork. But with Ramp, I finish everything I do as it happens because it's too easy not to just do it on the spot.

I can think of nothing they would need to improve. It's a fantastic app and I've never even LIKED any other corporate app I've been forced to use in a 30 year career. RAMP is the first one I've ever ENJOYED using.

The product itself is wonderful, between the risk/compliance processes, how easy it is to setup budgets, physical & virtual cards along with the reporting. I love Ramp, an annoyance more some than something I dislike is the lack of ability to auto apply the cashback to your card statement. This is just a step we add in our month end close, but very small issue/dislike of Ramp. Overall this is a fantastic tool.

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

Ramp has allowed us to build coding rules in several different possible combinations to eliminate the need to code each individual transaction. It also suggests rules for you as it learns over time which is super cool. We have gained significant visibility into our spend which we then load into Power BI and layer it into our overall reporting dataset. Ramp has a lot of solid features for collaboration on specific transactions and great spend control capabilities. They also seem to iterate quickly on product build and take feedback very seriously.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

There are not a lot of downsides to Ramp that we have seen so far, and gaps are typically addressed quickly. Sometimes the integrations for Outlook and such feel hit or miss, but it is getting better. The homepage can be sometimes hard to navigate and I wish there was a better log of all interactions in the tool so you had a one stop shop to avoid forgetting things from a few days ago.

We were coding individual transactions and now we are only coding things that there are not rules built around and reviewing the automated results of the rules. It is also helping with reporting visibility and approval workflows.

Ramp has turned what was once a painful process of reconciling our monthly corporate credit card statement into a breeze. The visibility into spending, the approval workflows, and overall matching technology have made it easier for both our end users and back-end accounting teams. Best of all is the customer support and client experience. We have been lucky to have two great Account Managers who respond timely.

There are some features that are still being developed, such as having the ability to login as another employee to help troubleshoot issues, and being able to list multiple invoices on a single-use card. We've been told these enhancements are in pipeline for this year.

The ability to take a photo of my receipt and upload it visually immediately after a purchase. Now I don't have to keep track of my paper receipts, which I often lost, etc. Also, as a manager, it's super easy for me to review and approve my employees' purchases. It also allows us to give someone a temporary card number so they can't have it for long-term.

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

I like the credit card receipt capture and how it links right into our ERP system.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

I don't like the constant updates that change the layout (and therefore our processes).

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

Ease of use for all levels of employee - corporate staff and service-providing technicians find it equally easy to use. Integrates extremely easily with Sage Intacct and took a handful of hours to configure appropriately. Customer support is great with our service rep (Kim). We use it daily and it's consistently our best-received portion of our financial tech stack.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

Would like to see a true credit card option along with a fuel card option.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accurate job costing being streamlined. Decentralized clerks using Ramp as a streamlined bill payment software. Centralized approval function prior to releasing funds.

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

It's FREE and it's so powerful in its ability to help growing companies. The AI powered bill pay is phenomenal, and costs zero. It saves us many hours a week having to input invoice and make payments.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

Hi minimum bank deposits need to get started is a hurdle for very small businesses.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing bill payments -- entering the bills, timing the payments, and making the actual payments via ACH or credit card.
