I use Ramp to submit expenses and get reimbursed. I no longer have to use spreadsheets to manage my business expenses because Ramp does it all for me. I like the intuitive and simple design, the worldwide card acceptability, and the AI features, such as auto-coding. We can forward an email receipt to them, and it attaches the receipt to the transaction. We can just text a pic of a receipt, as opposed to needing to open an app or download and upload documents. I use Ramp for managing personal spending and company reimbursements, making sure we're compliant and managing money well. It's easy to upload receipts and attach them to transactions via email or text without using an app. Our accounting team has so much less headache closing out each month because people can keep up with their expenses in real time, as opposed to procrastinating and loathing the drudgery. I like the ease of use of Ramp and that it's kind of foolproof. It helps me see what I'm doing and correct any issues if I happen to click or put something in the wrong place. This ease of use provides less room for errors, which gives me confidence in the work I'm producing and sending to my bosses. Once we got the hang of it, the setup was very simple and easy. It's quick to replicate settings from our initial parent instance to the child instances, just by mirroring prior settings. I also appreciate how the receipts come directly to my email and Ramp automatically matches them, which means I don't have to use a third party to download and upload them, making the process faster. I have to do a lot of clicking around, even though I know there's a question box I can type things into. I also had an experience where I asked a question to the help desk, and although they got back to me quickly, they unfortunately couldn't answer my follow-up question. Ramp has made it much easier for our company to manage credit card transactions throughout the US. As a repair and maintenance business with technicians working in the field nationwide, we’ve found that Ramp allows our project manager teams to monitor and control project expenses in real time. This system also empowers our technicians to focus on their work without unnecessary interruptions. Previously, they had to call in for approvals and use an outdated purchase order process, which slowed everything down and made it harder to serve our customers efficiently. These settings and navigating back to certain things aren't always intuitive. We do not have the Ramp plus account as that is a bit expensive for a small company like ours with tight margins, I do wish the fee was smaller for the Ramp plus. It's pretty nice that I don't have to do much with receipts because the app takes care of it for me. When I'm at a work site and can't send my receipt because I'm busy, Ramp does it for me without needing me to take a picture or categorize the expenses. It's cool how it operates on its own and takes that burden off my shoulders. This is especially helpful for all the employees in the company. Setting it up was easy too, just a quick login and everything connected pretty fast. I also mentioned that I've never used another app like this, so I'm loyal to it. Ramp has some complexity to it, and it doesn’t work seamlessly with Sage Intacct. That said, the Sage Intacct integration issue has been a minimal problem for me overall.
