The best feature, as it stands, is just being able to text or email receipts to my account and have the logged. I know others do it, but 9.5 times out of 10 it logs my receipt to the right purchase, which is nice. Weird ones trip it up, but that's fair, they trip all tools up. I don't like that marking invoices paid in NetSuite doesn't automatically mark them as paid in Ramp. This requires manual intervention which can be cumbersome. Also, I have to split invoices to match one invoice with two different POs for the same vendor.
