"~70+ Trips A Year and Less Frustration"
What do you like best about Ramp?

The best feature, as it stands, is just being able to text or email receipts to my account and have the logged. I know others do it, but 9.5 times out of 10 it logs my receipt to the right purchase, which is nice. Weird ones trip it up, but that's fair, they trip all tools up. It is easy to use, and I was able to learn it fairly quickly and integrate it into my weekly processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

This may be a training issue on my part, but i wish it did a better job of presenting if I have a flight, rental, and hotel booked for a trip. That would be helpful as I tend to be a little forgetful sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ramp is extremely easy to use, simple to implement, and supported by a very responsive customer support team. I use it frequently throughout the week, and it consistently performs smoothly. It offers the right number of features without feeling overwhelming, and its integrations work seamlessly with the rest of my tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

I haven’t encountered any significant drawbacks with Ramp so far. The platform works smoothly and consistently, and there’s nothing major I dislike. If anything, adding a few more advanced customization options in the future could make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Expense Management with Minor App Glitches"
What do you like best about Ramp?

I absolutely love how easy and straightforward Ramp is to use. It has made the process of payment management and receipt submissions incredibly seamless, which works really well for my needs. I appreciate that it's not only super easy, but also reliable in handling our financial transactions. Setting up Ramp for my team was super easy and efficient because everyone received their card quickly and could log in without issues to start registering expenses effortlessly. Registering each payment is a breeze as I can simply upload a receipt, add a little note, and that's it. The entire experience with Ramp has been truly awesome, leading me to confidently recommend it to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

I sometimes experience issues with Ramp's login functionality, which can be frustrating. Additionally, the app doesn’t display more than one card, which limits my ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Accounting with Room for User-Friendly Improvements"
What do you like best about Ramp?

I love how Ramp automatically takes receipts and turns them into reimbursements, which significantly streamlines the financial management process for me. I appreciate the ease and efficiency with which I can set approvals for employee expenses, offering a seamless experience in managing operational costs. The ability to manage bills and handle accounting integrations with such simplicity enhances my productivity, allowing me to bypass the need for a bookkeeper. The integration with QuickBooks is particularly beneficial, making it easier to handle my business accounting tasks within a unified platform. Additionally, the setup process was fairly simple, despite being slightly involved when configuring the integration with QuickBooks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

I find that Ramp is not always the most intuitive, and it can be somewhat overwhelming at first. Improved onboarding videos specifically tailored for small business owners without an accounting background would be beneficial. Additionally, setting up integrations, such as with QuickBooks, was a bit involved and could be smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Operations, Easy Setup, and a Must for Nonprofits"
What do you like best about Ramp?

I like all the automated features of Ramp, especially since they save me and our employees a significant amount of time when uploading receipts and categorizing transactions for purchases. This feature is particularly beneficial for the operations and accounting department as it alleviates a lot of the workload. I also love how clean and user-friendly the interface is, which makes it incredibly straightforward for new employees to familiarize themselves with Ramp. This aspect is crucial for our nonprofit organization as it facilitates an efficient onboarding process. Additionally, the ease with which Ramp connects to our bank account for bill pay and reimbursements adds to the convenience. The tutorial videos provided were very easy to follow, contributing to Ramp being extremely easy to set up. Finally, the cash-back rewards empower us to stretch our dollars and give back to our staff, which is crucial in the nonprofit realm. I am so impressed with Ramp that I frequently recommend it to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

I would like Ramp to improve its mileage reimbursement feature by allowing multiple trips to be logged at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am impressed by the speed at which transactions appear in the app—almost instantaneously after I swipe my card, which addresses bookkeeping issues effectively. This immediacy, combined with the capability to upload receipts in less than a minute, makes accounting tasks significantly simpler. I appreciate the feature that allows me to upload invoices and receipts directly, and I find it particularly useful that Ramp can sync with my email to automatically link any receipts I might have forgotten about. The initial setup was quite easy, thanks to Ramp’s excellent support team, who helped us smoothly get everything organized for each team member. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Financial Tracking with minimal Challenges"
What do you like best about Ramp?

I love the ease of use and flexibility that Ramp offers, allowing me to make changes on the fly, such as easily turning on and off features as needed. This is incredibly valuable when managing employee access, as I can quickly add or remove access for employees when they come and go. I also appreciate the ability to provision new team members efficiently, empowering them to make purchasing decisions without delays. The setup process was super easy, and we were able to get up and running very quickly, which made the transition smooth. Overall, these features contribute significantly to more efficient financial management and enhanced operational control within our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

Sometimes it's difficult when we lose a receipt because the manual override is set for receipts to be required, and this locks the cards. The process to override this, when a receipt is lost, is cumbersome and requires a significant amount of effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Accounting Integration and Flexibility"
What do you like best about Ramp?

I love how Ramp is seamlessly integrated into our accounting processes. It offers a variety of backend features that provide ample choices, like deciding where to charge expenses and updating accounting details. This flexibility is incredibly beneficial for our operations. Another excellent aspect is that Ramp is a free option, which is incredibly cost-effective and works perfectly for our small nonprofit organization. Additionally, the platform’s integration with QuickBooks Online is smooth and efficient, saving us significant time and effort. Overall, its intuitiveness and efficiency stand out, streamlining our credit card reconciliation and bill payment tasks effortlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

I wish there was an easier way to create categories for expenses similarly to how you can create trips. The current options feel more limited - e.g., I wish I could easily mark charges that are reimbursable by a partner organization Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Design That Everyone Welcomed"
What do you like best about Ramp?

The user-friendly design made it possible for nearly everyone in our company to adopt the software organically. Instead of dreading the change, people actually welcomed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

It's difficult to find much to dislike, but if I had to mention something, I would say that the navigation menus on the left side, from an administrator's perspective, could be organized in a different way. However, once I became familiar with where everything is located, navigating the system became straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless expense tracking, needs invoice sync enhancement"
What do you like best about Ramp?

I appreciate Ramp for its capability in employee expense tracking using Ramp business cards, which are easy to issue and monitor. The AI assistant features in Ramp are particularly impressive, as they facilitate the precoding of expenses according to which card user is spending and allow for coding according to vendor, thereby simplifying the expense management process. I love that invoices through the Bill pay service sync effortlessly, which streamlines the workflow. The intuitive integration with our American Express bill further enhances efficiency. Additionally, the initial setup of Ramp was flawless, making it a seamless addition to our financial operations. The combination of the card features and free AP services was a compelling reason for our switch to Ramp, as it adds significant value to our expense management processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

I don't like that marking invoices paid in NetSuite doesn't automatically mark them as paid in Ramp. This requires manual intervention which can be cumbersome. Also, I have to split invoices to match one invoice with two different POs for the same vendor. This necessitates creating duplicate invoices with modified identification, which is not efficient and could lead to data redundancy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
