The best part of PerformYard is the people behind the scenes. Everyone we have talked to at PerformYard after purchasing the product has been extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management?

I think there is still some room for growth in functionality. Some things are a bit limiting but there are typically workarounds for anything that doesn't function the way you would need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PerformYard Performance Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lack of Performance Management platform, inability to write/deliver annual reviews, no platform for employee self-assessments or Performance Improvement Plans. We were able to create and launch an Employee Self-Assessment review, Preliminary 9-Block Ratings, Annual Performance Review, and a whole Performance Improvement Plan 30/60/90 day process within a few months due to the ease of use of the application and amazing support from PerformYard. The ability to organize goals, both big and small, and work with my manager on accounting for those deliverables and how they align with our organization's mission has been transformative.

What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

I like the layout of the tasks needing to be completed, the timeline at the top is a great indicator of how long I have until my dead line to complete the task. I also like how the task is hyperlinked and takes me straight on to where I need to start my activity. I also appreciate that there is a search box on the top right corner, this feature saves me so much time when I need to really narrow down a certain topic for me to take care of right away. What do you like best about PerformYard Performance Management?

I like PerformYard because it is plain and simple to use. The management schedules a task and I get a timely notification with clear information on when and how I can accomplish it. Then once submitted there is a simple way to see where it is within the approval or signatures. It is also secure as always requires secure sign-in so the data remains private. I use it reguraly.

I love how everything is streamlined and consistent. This is bringing so much structure to our organization. Once you get the hang of it it's super easy to use. Our rep, Liz was amazing she was so helpful and also just fun to work with. I know my team and I will miss meeting with her every week. She helped us integrate PY super easily into our company.
