Our overall experience with PerformYard’s product has been satisfactory; however, their business practices around contract renewals are extremely disappointing. We were not provided with any proactive communication regarding renewal terms or pricing increases. Instead, our contract was auto-renewed without notice and with a price increase—leaving us no opportunity to evaluate, negotiate, or even make an informed decision. This lack of transparency feels unfair and misleading. A company that values its clients should ensure clear, upfront communication about renewal deadlines and any changes to pricing. Instead, PerformYard relies on auto-renewal language buried in fine print, which does not reflect ethical or customer-focused business practices. We believe this approach takes advantage of customers and erodes trust.
