Working with Liz Tiriris has been an absolute game changer. As an HR team of one, I rely heavily on strong partnerships, and Liz consistently goes above and beyond in every sense. What do you dislike about PerformYard Performance Management?

Our overall experience with PerformYard’s product has been satisfactory; however, their business practices around contract renewals are extremely disappointing. We were not provided with any proactive communication regarding renewal terms or pricing increases. Instead, our contract was auto-renewed without notice and with a price increase—leaving us no opportunity to evaluate, negotiate, or even make an informed decision.

This lack of transparency feels unfair and misleading. A company that values its clients should ensure clear, upfront communication about renewal deadlines and any changes to pricing. Instead, PerformYard relies on auto-renewal language buried in fine print, which does not reflect ethical or customer-focused business practices.

We believe this approach takes advantage of customers and erodes trust. While the platform itself is useful, the way PerformYard handles renewals and billing makes it very difficult to recommend them as a trustworthy partner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
