The beginning use of the product was a bit confusing for myself and team. Although we are in the trial version, I think the Ease of use for onboarding could be simplified or maybe a few informational walk through/videos. With the use of new systems, One2Team lacks some automation and logic.The same issue is with the filtering options, lacks logic which is one of the biggest drawback. The color coding on the dashboard is standard and cannot be customized for optimal use as per requirements. The specific filter option with logic would have been a great addition as right now, I find no use of them currently. I like the tool very much as it so much Flexible also its ease of use and its friendly look for the final user make me implement it in our organization. The main thing is that we can integrate with our company SSO, the sideboards (global overview on projects for manager or actions for employee) and the timesheet (ARM) module. It is a super program that produces great results in project management, contains all the necessary information and tools you will need, and can directly reflect everything in your mind. With every software there are some features that always need to be improved.Management module is not the best. Administration tool needs to do a better job.
