What do you like best about monday AI Work Platform?

What I like most about the monday AI platform is that it can connect to multiple platforms we’re already using. It’s very intuitive and easy to navigate, with a clean, fresh user interface. The AI capabilities keep improving month after month, and the 24/7 support makes implementation straightforward and helps with troubleshooting whenever it’s needed. What do you dislike about monday AI Work Platform?

I wish more integrations were available natively within the platform, without needing to rely on Zapier or other workflow tools. That said, there’s usually a workaround, and the team is clearly working hard to keep improving the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

monday AI is helping me reduce manual and repetitive tasks allowing me team to focus on more strategic planning. The fact that workflows, agents and automations can run processes in the background and keeping things moving helps my team focus on what really matters: creating connection with our clients, planning for the next months, coming up with better ideas and also creating a great work-life balance.
