I found Float really helpful to organise my workflows. I like how easy it is to move projects about and account for holidays/ study days. I do feel like I am underutilising the AI integration and Report integration in this software. I do feel like some easier UI guides would make supporting the use of these aspects a lot easier. However, when onboarding new projects and people onto float, it was actually quite a smooth process. Overall it really works when I need it to, especially helping me in managing my work in busy periods where there is heavy workloads that need to be actioned quickly. Good value for money.
