Before implementing Smartsheet, our company, along with various departments and users, operated in silos, making transparency and overall efficiency nearly impossible. By integrating Smartsheet into our major operational processes and project management functions, we have seen a significant increase in project management efficiency. Administrative time has decreased overall thanks to Smartsheet workflows, user collaboration has improved, and both internal and external transparency have become much easier and more streamlined.
