Responsive and reliable customer support team that always available in time of needs, we had issues with account access and they help to solve the issue in few hours. Easy operation to track parcel, customer don't need our help anymore to track their parcel location anymore. As for integration with ecommerce platform like Shopify plus, it is easy to connect and the API code is already setup to connect it quickly. To setup and implement the tracker with our Salesforce system, it only take few hours to configure and most of technical setup is straightforward. Narvar isn't for a small business to use, the price is expensive and need a long time for the ROI returns. They don't provide calculator to calculate the ROI and user need to calculate it ourself.
