Narvar does a great job simplifying the post-purchase journey. The branded order tracking pages are clean and easy to use, and customers really appreciate receiving timely shipping updates via email and SMS. The returns portal is another strong point — it’s intuitive and allows customers to manage returns or exchanges without needing to contact support, which saves us time and improves customer satisfaction. There are some limitations in customization, especially when it comes to messaging and layout options on the tracking pages. We'd also like to see more advanced analytics or integration capabilities with our CRM and support tools.
