I really like that Narvar provides updated status of returns and tracks orders, letting customers know exactly where their orders and returns stand. It's also user-friendly, which makes the experience much better. The user interface for the end customer is another aspect that I appreciate. Additionally, I find the updates that customers receive to be valuable.
