Hard to see my appreciation history and that would be a major use case **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning **Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026 **What do you like best about Motivosity?** I like the idea, and the fact that giving bucks works quite smoothly. **What do you dislike about Motivosity?** I don't remember my appreciations/bucks given, and I want to review them every month when I give my monthly bucks - but I can't. Somehow I got to see them now but I remember trying to view them and each time it's just loading and loading and nothing happens. I'd appreciate if this worked more smoothly. **What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's not solving any critical problem from a plain user's perspective, it's just a nice perk. (I'm an employee end-user, I'm not in HR.) ### 2. Points are limited expire in a month & have no real value. I have been working for 4 years at this Company and was never able to use motivosities. It seems easy but in practical terms, they reject the card everywhere I tried using it. I eventually get so frustrated that just leave credits to expire and consider that money lost. **What problems is Motivosity solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps to have a nice gesture with a collegue rather than only say thank you. ### 6. You have to schedule an appointment to get help and it's very frustrating. We paid for the more expensive package and haven't even been able to accurately use it because they don't have the lead completely working correct.
